    ICT Officer / ICT Executive – Factory Operations

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all factory-related ICT infrastructure, production systems, and communication networks.
    • The role supports manufacturing, logistics, and administrative functions by maintaining optimal system uptime, data integrity, and reliable connectivity between the factory and head office.

    Key Responsibilities
    Infrastructure & Systems Support:

    • Maintain, configure, and monitor all ICT hardware across the factory — including servers, computers, printers, scanners, PLCs, routers, switches, and UPS systems.
    • Ensure consistent uptime and performance of factory networks, CCTV systems, and ERP connections.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with the Head Office ICT team for system upgrades, patch management, and cybersecurity compliance.

    Software & ERP Support

    • Provide frontline support for ERP/MRP systems used in production, inventory, and procurement.
    • Assist end-users in generating reports, performing daily data entries, and troubleshooting software issues.
    • Maintain barcode scanners, production tablets, and factory automation tools to ensure seamless data capture.

    Data Management & IT Security

    • Perform regular data backups of production and administrative systems.
    • Enforce IT security best practices — including access control, antivirus updates, and system monitoring.
    • Safeguard sensitive production and employee data in line with company data protection policies.

    Network & Communication Systems:

    • Manage and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connections across all factory departments.
    • Support communication tools such as email systems, VoIP phones, and internal intercoms.
    • Ensure uninterrupted communication between the factory and head office servers or cloud infrastructure.

    Preventive Maintenance & Documentation:

    • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all ICT assets.
    • Maintain an accurate asset register for ICT equipment, software licenses, and warranty records.
    • Document all technical incidents, maintenance activities, and system performance reports for audit and review.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years experience
    • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in Windows Server, LAN/WAN configuration, and basic networking protocols.
    • Experience supporting ERP or factory management systems.
    • Familiarity with CCTV, biometric access systems, and industrial automation networks (an advantage).
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.

    Sales Officer - Furniture (Festac)

    Job Description

    • As Showroom sales personnel, you will sell the company’s extensive range of furniture on or above target.
    • You will strive to deliver brand awareness locally. You will be a brand ambassador
    • Focus on promoting and driving sales and hitting daily, monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Work together with sales and production teams to plan and execute furniture promotions seasonally.
    • Proactively generate orders and make sales, utilising showroom stock, catalogues and discussing different furniture items and fabric options. In addition to this you’ll have the opportunity to propose alternatives to ready-made stock, such as custom order items in the form of suitable fabrics and hardware options.
    • Maintain and update the accessories inventory database. Maintain the accessories used for display purposes in-store. For example, ensure the bedding gets cleaned and steamed regularly. Be part of the team to create SOPs and update them on an annual basis.
    • Responsible for the visual appearance of the showroom. Furniture must be maintained according to merchandising standards in the handbook. From seasonal floor plans to daily visual displays, you lead, direct and delegate the flow of product from receiving to the sales floor.
    • Liaising with sales and procurement managers in live time to ensure availability of stock and ensure all orders are fully paid prior to delivery. Attention to detail and daily checklists are required for all orders to ensure delays and errors are minimised.
    • Passing on retail leads (above the scope of showroom sales) to the sales team generated through showroom visits to ensure all sales potentials are realised.
    • Ensuring the showroom, store room and ancillary areas are clean, tidy and organised.
    • Ensuring all stock is correctly labelled and priced (including dimensions and fabrics details).
    • Ensure that catalogues, swatches and samples are always available at all times.
    • Ensure there is sales presence in the showroom at all times.

    Ideal Qualification

    • BSc/HND in Marketing
    • Degree /Diploma in Interior decoration from a recognised/accredited institution in Nigeria
    • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • OND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Customer-oriented attitude with a keen eye for design and product appeal.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours.

    Salary
    N180,000 / Month.
