    Procurement and Planning Supervisor – Local Raw Materials

    Job purpose

    • Ensure cost-effective procurement, proper planning, and continuous availability of cutlet and other local raw materials to support uninterrupted plant operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of cullet and local raw materials while maintaining optimal stock levels at all times.
    • Develop and implement procurement and supply plans to guarantee continuous availability of cullet and other local raw materials for production.
    • Identify, evaluate, and manage local suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards, quality specifications, and sustainability requirements.
    • Maintain and update records of approved suppliers, transporters, and contractors, ensuring periodic re-evaluation and re-certification in line with company policy.
    • Obtain quotations from vendors, analyze proposals for cost-effectiveness, and submit recommendations for approval.
    • Negotiate prices and terms within approved authority limits and ensure timely issuance and closure of LPOs.
    • Ensure proper scheduling of deliveries to prevent stock-outs or overstocking and support hitch-free plant operations.
    • Maintain accurate spend analysis and market intelligence for cullet and local raw materials to support budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.
    •  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly procurement and planning reports

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
    • 7 - 10 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Member of relevant professional body {CIPs) an added advantage
    • Procurement and Logistics skills
    • Negotiation and Collaborative skills
    • Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point
    • Good communication oral/written and report writing skills

    Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

    Job Purpose:

    • To ensure constant repair and maintenance of all equipment and machines for effective production.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities of Cullet Washing Plant I and II
    • Responsible for mechanical maintenance activities of the Sand Plant.
    • Responsible for the mechanical maintenance activities of Batch and Furnace.
    • Plan and organise daily job activities applicable to 4 plants, to ensure machine availability.
    • Delegate, supervise and check up all maintenance activities performed by subordinates.
    • Keep records of job done, and put up requirements of spares needed.
    • Enforce a checklist for equipment items in 4 plants to ensure minimum downtime.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
    • 1- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Good communication oral/written and report writing skills
    • Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point
    • Expert in machine installation and maintenance

    Mechanical Structural Project Supervisor

    Job purpose

    • The role oversees project planning, designing, execution, supervision and documentation alongside plant utility installations and maintenance for optimal performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee all civil, structural and mechanical projects to achieve quality
    • Conduct detailed structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and reliability of designs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality control) to ensure seamless integration of components.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date engineering documentation, including design specifications, calculations, and drawings.
    • Identify and mitigate potential resource constraints to ensure project continuity.
    • Ensure safe work practice on every project activity initiated by the Project session.
    • Implement all requirements of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and any other relevant management systems.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields
    • 4- 6 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design related software
    • Versatile in Primavera, MS Project
    • Proficient in equipment installation and maintenance
    • Use of Microsoft offices - Excel, Words and PowerPoint
    • Good communication skills - oral and written
    • Time management and report writing skills
    • Problem solving and strategic thinking skills

    Finance Specialist

    Job purpose

    • Support the account payable function to ensure that Suppliers’ documents are certified for payment and forwarded to the Head Office without delay.  

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, register and match suppliers' waybills, LPO and invoices
    • Post all confirmed suppliers’ invoices using the ERP software, Navision  
    • Post all internal issued vouchers for PMS and Diesel
    • Prepare cash and bank payment vouchers

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Economics or related discipline
    • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Good knowledge and application of accounting and financial management
    • Ability to use Microsoft Suites - excel, words and power point
    • Good communication oral/written and report writing skills
