    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officerto join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
    • This role requires strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of HR processes, and a good understanding of the Nigerian labour law framework.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth people operations and fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
    • Assist in learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking attendance
    • Support performance management processes, including appraisal documentation and follow-up actions
    • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary documentation, grievance tracking, and conflict resolution support
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable Nigerian labour laws
    • Provide general HR administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and data management
    • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
    • Assist in maintaining HR information systems and employee data integrity
    • Provide day-to-day operational support to the People & Culture function

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years relevant experience in HR or administrative roles
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and performance management
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
    • Must reside in Warri, Delta State.

    Group Coordinator, Biomedical Operations

    Job Summary

    • The Group Coordinator, Biomedical Operations is responsible for providing technical leadership and operational oversight of biomedical services across the organization.
    • The role ensures the availability, functionality, and optimal performance of all critical medical equipment to support efficient and uninterrupted clinical care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical leadership and supervision to the biomedical team across all locations
    • Build team capacity through structured training, mentorship, and performance management
    • Ensure all critical medical equipment is functional, safe, and available for clinical use at all times
    • Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of biomedical equipment
    • Drive improvements in equipment uptime and minimize service disruptions
    • Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
    • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards
    • Manage and maintain accurate equipment records and maintenance tracking systems
    • Support cost control initiatives and ensure effective asset management and protection
    • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to address equipment-related needs

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field (B.Eng)
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in biomedical engineering or equipment management
    • Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment operations, maintenance, and safety standards
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and supervise equipment repairs
    • Experience with maintenance tracking systems and documentation
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
