    Human Resources (HR) / Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, develop and implement the HR fundamentals including the review of the Company Code of Conduct, Compensation & Benefits policy, Succession Planning, Recruitment process, training & developments
    • Manage all Internal Relations & Admin matters
    • Supervise the Payroll proper calculation and administration, as well as the compliance with the relevant taxation laws
    • Develop and implement a proper Performance Appraisal System
    • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
    • Liaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements
    • Manage all employee relations including managing conflicts, dismissal, corrective measures as well as conducting exit interviews and performance evaluation

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • University Graduate with preferably a specialization in HR Management.
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar position or having handled senior roles in different HR functions within a solid corporate environment
    • Possess excellent inter-personal relationship and sound leadership quality.

    Work Experience / Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • At least 3 years’ Experience as a web developer in a fast moving business.
    • Must have developed functional web sites for companies and is proficient in the use of modern web development tools and platforms.
    • Relevant certifications in Wed development or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

    Financial Controller

    Purpose

    • Financial Analysis & Reporting, statutory and regulatory report rendition, Budget & Planning and compliance.

    Essential Duties (Daily duties)

    • Preparing financial reports.
    • Analyzing financial data.
    • Monitoring internal controls.
    • Overseeing and preparing income statements.
    • Participating in budgeting processes.
    • Managing financial transactions.
    • Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
    • Developing plans for financial growth.

    • Monthly CBN Report not later than 5th of every month.

    • Weekly disbursement and repayment report
    • Monthly Statutory payment and filling report. (PAYEE, WHT, PENSION e.t.c)
    • Updating and Maintenance of the Fixed Assets register.
    • Weekly & Monthly bank reconciliation statement of all banks with bank ledgers.
    • Maintenance and Reconciliation of loan customers Ledger
    • Ensuring Compliance to policies and procedures of the company.

    Minimum Requirements

    • B.Sc / Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, ACCA, ACA with 8 years experience in the Financial Service / Banking Sector.
    • Proven experience in finance management.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Strong leadership qualities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
    • Auditing experience.
    • Compliance oriented.
    • Proficiency in accounting software.
    • Analytical skills.
