    Human Resources Coordinator

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
    • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
    • Manages recruitment process, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    • Process payroll information to Finance for payment
    • Resolve payroll issues when detected
    • Develop Group Life Insurance document for onward processing to Finance
    • Liaise with HMO service provider towards ensuring quality service delivery is achieved
    • Liaise with other HR team to ensure all HR processes are properly executed and adhered
    • Ensure all shutdown lists are correctly done and processed to BIRC for appropriate clearance
    • Work with the CLO to ensure all community related issues are properly resolved.
    • Work with the Union to ensure all union related issues are properly resolved.
    • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
    • Produce and submit weekly activity reports on general HR activities to the Contract Manager
    • Prepares schedules and coordinate Group Life and other insurances for all employees
    • Manages project payroll process.
    • Support other assigned functions.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
    • Any other responsibility as may be assigned to you by the Contract Manager and Group Head Human Capital and Admin.
    • Commercial awareness
    • Effective organizational skills
    • Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels

    REQUIREMENTS

    • HND or degree holder in related discipline
    • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience
    • Professional certification is an advantage

    Logistics Manager

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Logistics Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
    • The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    Strategically plan and manage logistics:

    • Receiving orders from the procurement department that need to be transported from vendors to our warehouse.
    • Negotiating with most suppliers to get free delivery to our warehouse, or at least ensuring that they share transportation costs with us.
    • Inventory of the goods and raw material and ensure that they match with our LPO and vendor invoice before loading from the suppliers' warehouses.
    • handover the raw materials to the Procurement and Production Department, with recording all receipt and delivery note.
    • Receiving the finished products from the production department that need to be delivered from our warehouse to client’s sites.
    • Ensure that the final products received from the production department have been carefully packaged to ensure that they reach customers in good and sound condition.
    • Ensure that the internal receipt voucher is signed between the production and the logistics department by the production manager and the production coordinator with the logistics manager.
    • Negotiating with carriers to get the best trucks and services at the lowest possible cost.
    • Issuing the delivery note and recording it.
    • Accompanying delivery trucks to customer locations to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Recruitment of workers to offload the goods and ensure their inventory and delivery to the customer or his representative, with confirmation of the recipient's signature on delivery note that the goods have been received in good condition.
    • taking on Responsibility of the company's cars and trucks and ensuring the ontime maintenance, cleanliness, updating and following up on all cars particulars.
    • Monitor and control all company drivers.
    • Obtaining the best insurance deal for goods in transit in the case of interstate delivery, and taking on all responsibilities for shipping, loading, and offloading.

    Requirements and Skills

    • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
    • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
    • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
    • Proficient in standard logistics software
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
