Human Resource Manager at the Location Restuarant and Lounge

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to drive our people strategy and foster a positive work culture.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives and mission.
• Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and final selection.
• Employee Relations: Managing grievances, resolving conflicts, and advising management on sensitive disciplinary or termination procedures.
• Performance Management: Designing and maintaining appraisal systems to drive high performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, researching market trends to set competitive pay structures, and managing employee benefit programs.
• Learning & Development: Identifying training needs and organizing programs to enhance employee skills and leadership potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Masters degree will be an added advantage.
• Experience: We require 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using any HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Certifications: Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities is highly essential.
