    HR & Organization Development Officer (Site Implant)

    Role purpose

    • The HR & Organization Development Officer will serve as the on-site representative of our management consulting firm at our client’s facility in Ilushin, Ogun state. The role exists solely to execute, monitor and institutionalize our firm’s HR, Organizational development and performance improvement Programs within the client Organization.
    • The role does not replace, duplicate, or report into the client’s Ilushin’s internal HR function. Instead, it acts as the execution arm of our consulting engagement, ensuring that all approved people, culture, structure, and performance initiatives designed by our firm are implemented rigorously on the ground.

    Key responsibilities

    Consulting program execution

    • Drive the on-site implementation of all HR and OD interventions approved for our client.
    • Translate consulting designs (structures, KPIs, frameworks, workflows, scorecards, policies) into daily operational reality.
    • Track compliance with agreed organizational standards across departments.
    • Ensure leadership and employees adopt new systems, behaviours and processes.

    Organization & performance governance

    • Monitor role clarity, reporting lines, manpower alignment and workload distribution.
    • Ensure that performance management systems (KPIs, targets, scorecards, reviews) are used correctly.
    • Identify deviations, resistance, or breakdowns in the Organization design.
    • Escalate risks, bottlenecks and issues of non-compliance.

    Culture & behaviour change

    • Reinforce professional standards, ethics, attendance, documentation and decision making.
    • Act as the “culture mirror” of the Organization — highlighting gaps between desired and actual behaviours.

    Data, diagnostics & reporting

    • Collect workforce, productivity, performance, and organizational data required for consulting analysis.
    • Produce weekly and monthly reports on:

    o Organizational risks

    o Compliance with new frameworks, etc.

    • Provide ground-level intelligence that informs consulting decisions.

    Stakeholder engagement

    • Work closely with the Management onsite, department heads and HR team to facilitate change.
    • Ensure the client’s HR team executes their own responsibilities in line with the new frameworks.
    • Act as a bridge between us (consultants) and on-site reality (the client).

    Change management & sustainability

    • Support rollout of new policies, job roles, grading systems, and performance tools.
    • Identify resistance, sabotage, or capability gaps that could derail the transformation.
    • Coach Managers on how to operate within the new organization design.

    Key success measures

    This role is successful when:

    • Performance management is real, not cosmetic
    • HR systems are embedded, not ignored
    • Leadership behaviours improve
    • We (consultants in Lagos) receive reliable, accurate, real- time organizational intelligence about activities at the client’ site

    Required profile

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Sociology, Management or related fields
    • Professional HR certification is an advantage

    Experience

    • 3–6 years experience in HR, OD, performance management or consulting
    • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage
    • Prior exposure to change management, audits, compliance or Organizational reviews is highly desirable

    Sales & Business Development Lead

    Job Description

    • We’re looking for a full-time Sales and Business Development Lead to drive growth and partnership development across the organisation’s three core pillars. This role focuses on building and sustaining revenue-generating relationships across our portfolio, while also playing a critical role in nurturing our growing community of program alumni, partners, and stakeholders.
    • As we scale, this person will help translate our influence and ecosystem access into long-term business opportunities through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate engagements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Enterprise Sales & Revenue Ownership
    • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales process across the company's leadership development, conference, and platform-based offerings.
    • Drive large-ticket B2B sales to senior leaders in multinational organisations, including financial institutions, energy companies, and EPLs.
    • Lead the design and sale of bundled, value-driven offers such as multi-program engagements, platform programs, sponsorships, and tailored solutions.
    • Carry direct accountability for significant revenue delivery, including high-value, long-cycle deals.
    • Partner with leadership and program teams to shape offerings that are both strategically
    • relevant and commercially viable.
    • Key Account, Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
    • Build and manage senior relationships across HR, L&D, and C-suite stakeholders within key accounts.
    • Grow strategic accounts over time through renewals, expansions, and multi-year engagements.
    • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to secure alignment and close enterprise-wide deals.
    • Represent the company at ecosystem events.
    • Sales Leadership, Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and execute a scalable enterprise sales strategy aligned with organisational growth priorities.
    • Manage and coordinate external sales teams and agencies supporting pipeline development and deal execution.
    • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, ensuring effective follow-through from opportunity identification to close.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in innovation, leadership development, consulting, events, or ecosystem development.
    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (business, communications, marketing, or related fields preferred).
    • A Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is a strong advantage.

    • Strong network of decision-makers across HR, L&D, and C-suite functions in target organisations.
    • Experience in structuring and selling platform programs, bundled packages, and value-based offerings.
    • Capability to manage external sales teams and agencies with clear performance accountability.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
    • Highly organised, strategic self-starter with strong commercial judgment.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
