    Job Summary

    • To provide hands-on support in the planning and execution of the company’s human capital management and development strategies including the top-level delivery of employee services.
    • The ideal candidate will work within the HR team and with other relevant stakeholders to achieve best practice objectives in organizational talent management, human resources operations, learning, and development amongst others.

    Responsibilities 

    • Development and execution of a high-performance management system within a recognition and reward framework that positively drives employee motivation and productivity.
    • Maintain a good understanding of statutory legislation requirements to ensure that the company complies with all labor laws, statutory obligations, and legal requirements and provide sound advice to the management on these.
    • Manage the effective and efficient administration of employee payroll, compensation, and benefits in compliance with stipulated company policies and other statutory regulations.

    Education / Professional Qualifications

    • A Masters Degree in Human Resources or a related field will be an added advantage
    • Qualified or certified member of a professional body such as CIPMN, CIPD or SHRM

    Work Experience, Skills and Competencies:

    • Minimum of five (5) years post-graduation work experience in a similar role
    • Strong and demonstrated HR generalist knowledge is required
    • Good understanding of trends in the beverage industry or FMCG.
    • Ability to effectively interact with senior management executives.
    • Competence in computing, numeracy, and statistical analysis.

    Human Resource Team Lead

    Job Summary

    •  The HR team Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of the workforce plan and ensuring the competitiveness of the organization within the marketplace as well as compliance with HR principles, policies and guidelines.
    • The ideal candidate is required to manage an effective and efficient HR function which delivers proactive and business focused advice on issues concerning HR in the company.

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

    • Oversee the completion of key administrative HR processes (e.g., staff contracts, holidays, general work permit issues payroll, benefits, relocation management, terminations etc.) to ensure effectiveness and accuracy in implementation and execution
    • Manage and oversee the company’s recruitment process for key management positions
    • Ensure company compliance with labour regulations.
    • Provide counsel on HR perspectives and requirements related to all HR issues to managers and staff.
    • Develop corporate strategies that helps identify and research in-depth into human resources issues that impact on the company

    • Develop human resource financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances
    • Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislations; anticipating legislations; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on required action points
    • Keep abreast with industry trends.
    • Administering Compensation and Benefit Plans
    • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
    • Supervise the maintenance of employee files and records in electronic and paper forms.
    • Represent the company in all external Human Resources Forum.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, Sociology, Business Administration or business-related discipline
    • An MBA or relevant master’s Degree in any business-related discipline
    • Relevant professional certifications such as Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management will be an advantage

    Experience Required:

    • Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in senior management positions.

    Marketing Team Lead

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Perform as a strategic partner in developing Category Insight & Strategy. Provide support at all levels (strategic, creative, analytical, coordination)
    • Interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation. Solutions must be relevant within the Nigeria market
    • Lead partnership with local creative agencies, with inputs from Distributor Teams to design & develop market relevant, impactful integrated marketing plans, brand activation programs which deliver product growth.
    • Lead diverse projects and multiple work streams and be familiar with the issues driving innovation, innovation tools and techniques
    • Create and maintain the brand information systems and Brand KPIs scorecard, in partnership with Consumer Insights, analyse information and propose action plans for the team.

    • Lead and direct different cross-functional projects of varied sizes and types concurrently, consisting of marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing and external partners
    • Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent consumers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
    • Align functional team  to get buy-in & commitment in order to deliver business objectives
    • Lead & coordinate multiple partners in order to deliver on set brand objectives
    • Lead the Marketing Team to ideate, initiate, and execute GTM strategies

    • Co-ordinate overall content strategy and maintain oversight over day-to-day content deployment

    • Track and monitor campaign KPIs and budget utilization

    Qualifications
    Key Skills / Experience Required:

    • Marketing / Business Tertiary qualification (degree) as minimum
    • Masters in a Business related field
    • Minimum of 6 years FMCG marketing experience with 2 years minimum within marketing management

    Functional:

    • Proven track record of successfully managing Brand engagement programs & achieving sustainable in-market results and long-term brand equity growth
    • Strong functional Marketing experience with track record of delivering successful Integrated Marketing Communication programs
    • Strong strategic thinking and creative skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong prior experience in any of the Nigerian non-alcoholic beverage bottling companies. (juices, sweet dinks, energy drinks etc…)

    Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • To harmonize and implement the development of the marketing plan by product or group of products, in accordance with the guidelines for execution of brand portfolio.
    • Overall goal is developing, managing & sustaining a profitable brand and marketing portfolio.

    Main Tasks

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years marketing and brand management experience in a multinational FMCG organization . Non alcoholic drinks will be a plus.
    • Proven track record of delivering business result and managing a profitable brand in Nigeria.
    • Have experience in marketing models that reach beyond the traditional, with a good knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
