    HR/Admin Manager

    We are looking to hire a HR/Admin Manager. The person will direct and co-ordinate the human resource and administrative functions of this organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and develop HR initiatives and activities that are aligned with the core objectives at Jetlink.
    • Report to management and provide decision support on staff.
    • Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Consult with management to identify needs and preferred qualifications for staff recruitment and also be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and other requirements.
    • Communication with external clients and partners associated with the organisation.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Human Resource and Admin Management.
    • Experience in ISO Certification (Auditing) will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to handle a change in management.
