    House Keeper / Cleaner

    Responsibilities

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities to keep apartment clean.
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for, inspected and up to standard.
    • Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing.
    • Protect apartment equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
    • Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
    • Sweeping, emptying trash cans, dusting shelves, cleaning windows, and mopping floors.
    • Ensure to clean and disinfect all equipment used for cleaning.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possessan OND qualification.
    • A minimum of 1-year experience.
    • Females Preferably.
    • Proven experience as a Housekeeper.
    • Ability to perform laundry efficiently.
    • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
    • Ability to manage tasks and time efficiently.
    • Resumption time: 8am-4pm- Mon- Saturdays.

    Salary
    N60,000 monthly.

    Cost Accountant

    Job Summary

    • To support the factory in the optimization of resources usage and all issues related to cost management and to ensure accurate product cost calculation and reporting for effective decision making.

    General Objective

    • To establish, promote and proactively enhance costing processes for a reliable and accurate product cost calculation.
    • To support the Factory in the pursuit of cost optimization and compliance at the factory by providing visibility and insight into manufacturing variances. This will include the suggestion of corrective actions based on sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
    • Key areas of responsibility include internal control, project management, decision support and cost analysis, planning and reporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate costing processes in the company (Monthly Period, End Closing activities for actual cost of product calculation, yearly standard product cost calculation) and monthly reporting of production activities as it relates to production cost.
    • Provide product cost estimates to support New Product Development (NPD) and product formulation changes.
    • Ensure that actual cost of production is calculated in line with the applicable costing standards within the Group.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls by providing root cause analysis of weekly and monthly variance reporting.
    • Creates and modifies basic allocation models and tools such as assessment and distribution cycles, templates, and models of product costs.
    • Analyzing reports and tools that identify cost exceptions and working with cross-function teams to predict and improve cost of production.
    • Handling inventory accounting, reporting and reconciliations.
    • Analyze gross margin, other cost of sales, inventory trends and turnover ratios, and production yield data.
    • Assist in complying with internal control requirement.
    • Creates and modifies basic allocation models and tools such as assessment and distribution cycles, templates, and models of product costs.
    • Participate in the development of costing tools or costing solutions to calculate, assign or report cost of production.
    • Participate in ad hoc projects as the costing functional expert.
    • Organize internal and external costing benchmarking exercises.

    Competence & Skills Required

    • BSc. Accounting qualification of appropriate level (Degree, professional or similar)
    • Cognate Experience: 3-5 years
    • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ in cost accounting.
    • Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
    • Proficiency in English
    • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing costing process.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of the physical aspects of the businesses, (i.e. Products, Factories, Supply Chain and Office environments)
    • Good knowledge of business principles and best practices to ensure sustainability of business.
    • Can assimilate and understand complex financial issues and give clear guidance on the financial treatment of costs.
    • Communicate financial issues in a simple and easy to understand manner to non-financial colleagues.
    • Good project skills to manage and participate in costing initiatives.
    • Experience in SAP.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related field.
    • 4+ years experience in FMCG food manufacturing.
    • Extensive knowledge of operations/administrative management strategies
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and networking skills.
    • Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and business management software.
