    Home Appliance After Sales / Technical Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Home Appliance After Sales / Technical Supervisor to oversee after-sales operations, manage technicians, and ensure excellent customer support services.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of home appliances, troubleshooting, repairs, and team supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of after-sales technicians and service personnel.
    • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
    • Monitor installation, maintenance, and repair of home appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, and other electronics.
    • Ensure all technical services are carried out professionally and efficiently.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians when necessary.
    • Maintain proper records of repairs, servicing, spare parts, and customer feedback.
    • Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure targets are achieved.
    • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on completed jobs.
    • Liaise with management regarding technical challenges and operational improvements.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in after-sales service or technical supervision within the home appliance or electronics industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of home appliances and troubleshooting processes.
    • Good leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service requests.
    • Proficiency in reporting and record keeping.
    • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Electrical Electronics, Engineering, or any related field is an added advantage.

    • Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
