    Customer Service / After Sale Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service / After-Sales Manager to oversee customer support operations and ensure excellent after-sales service delivery.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving complaints effectively, supervising support staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the customer service and after-sales support team.
    • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and escalations professionally.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on customer issues and service requests.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
    • Coordinate with sales and operations departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly customer service performance reports.
    • Train and mentor customer service representatives for improved efficiency.
    • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
    • Develop strategies to retain customers and improve brand loyalty.
    • Ensure company policies and customer service standards are properly followed.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer service or after-sales management.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
    • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
