    Head, Revenue Protection and Assurance

    Role Purpose

    • We are seeking a high-integrity, results-driven Head of Revenue Protection & Assurance to safeguard our revenue across the entire gas cylinder value chain.
    • You will be responsible for preventing, detecting, and recovering losses stemming from theft, fraud, meter tampering, illegal refilling, and process leakages.
    • Your mission is to own the end-to-end revenue assurance framework—from the depot to last-mile delivery—ensuring every cylinder and every naira is fully accounted for.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Loss Prevention & Strategy: Design and implement robust revenue protection strategies and conduct risk mapping across all leakage points, including filling plants, depots, and distributor sites.
    • Cylinder Tracking: Implement and oversee advanced tracking systems such as RFID, barcodes, GPS, and digital seals.
    • Detection & Investigation: Lead daily and weekly reconciliations (gas in vs. gas out, cash collected vs. sales) and conduct forensic audits and surprise checks at various locations.
    • Recovery & Enforcement: Drive the recovery of diverted assets and funds, liaising with Legal and Law Enforcement for prosecutions and managing the blacklisting of fraudulent partners or staff.
    • Systems & Analytics: Own the Revenue Protection Dashboard, using data analytics to identify shrinkage patterns and partnering with IT to automate controls within the ERP and inventory systems.
    • Governance: Lead the quarterly “Revenue War Room” with executive leadership to review losses and actions, while strengthening SOPs for cylinder handling and delivery.

    Performance Metrics (KPIs)
    Your success will be measured by your ability to maintain:

    • Revenue Leakage: <0.8% annually.
    • Cylinder Accountability: >98% tracking rate.
    • Recovery Rate: >70% of value lost in confirmed cases.
    • Investigation Efficiency: >90% case closure rate within 30 days

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Criminology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or MSc in Forensic Accounting or Risk Management is preferred.
    • Professional Certification: At least one mandatory certification: CFE, ICAN/ACCA/CPA, CPP, or CISA.
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically in revenue assurance, loss prevention, or forensics.
    • Industry Background: Must have 3+ years in FMCG, Oil & Gas, Logistics, or Utilities dealing with high-volume physical assets.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics (Excel, SQL, Power BI), forensic investigation techniques, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics).

    Key Competencies:

    • High Integrity: Absolute "no compromise" approach to fraud and theft.
    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to move beyond "we lost money" to identifying specific routes or customers with abnormal usage.
    • Influencing Skills: Capable of gaining buy-in from Operations teams for necessary controls.
    • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with the Police, DSS, and Unions without escalating conflict.

    Corporate Webmaster

    Role Summary

    • The Corporate Website Manager / Webmaster is responsible for the development, management, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s corporate website and digital platforms.
    • The role ensures the website effectively communicates the company’s operations in tank farm operations, storage, and distribution of LPG, white products, and related services, while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the design, development, and day-to-day operation of the corporate website.
    • Ensure website content reflects the company’s services, operations, products, and corporate activities.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to publish website content
    • Ensure all published content complies with corporate communication standards.

    • Experience working with enterprise or corporate websites, Website Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, Web hosting and domain management.
    • Substantial experience in Digital platform management

    Full Stack Application Developer

    Role Summary

    • The Application Developer will be responsible for the designing, development, and maintenance of scalable web and mobile applications of the compang.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both front-end and back-end technologies and will play a key role in delivering digital solutions that support business operations, including customer platforms, ERP integrations, and supply chain systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    Cybersecurity Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Cybersecurity Officer is responsible for protecting the organization’s information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
    • This role focuses on threat detection, prevention, and response, ensuring that all digital assets—including enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and user endpoints—are secure and compliant with industry standards.
