    Head of Sales & Investor Relations (Real Estate)

    About the Role

    • The Head of Sales & Investor Relations owns the organization's entire commercial front from the first buyer conversation to final handover. This is not a standard sales management role. You must be equally comfortable closing a premium apartment sale with a high-net-worth individual and presenting a bulk investment opportunity to an institutional real estate fund.
    • You will build the sales function from the ground up, establish the organization's buyer pipeline before construction starts, and be the primary commercial face of the company in the Lagos market. You will have significant autonomy and direct access to the Managing Director. In return, we expect commercial results from someone who owns the outcome personally.

    Key Responsibilities

    Off-Plan & Unit Sales

    • Own and lead all off-plan residential unit sales for the organization's projects
    • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of HNW individual buyers, corporate purchasers, and diaspora investors from day one before launches, not after
    • Structure and negotiate sale and purchase agreements in close coordination with legal counsel
    • Manage the full buyer journey from first contact through reservation, escrow enrolment, construction milestone updates, and handover
    • Build, brief, and manage a network of independent Lagos real estate agents and brokers
    • Conduct regular buyer site visits during construction keeping buyers informed, confident, and committed

    Institutional & Fund Sales

    • Identify, approach, and build relationships with Nigerian institutional real estate funds targeting bulk unit purchases and whole-building investment
    • Develop and maintain an investment memorandum and pitch package for institutional buyers
    • Represent the organization at real estate investment forums in Lagos and Abuja
    • Work directly with the Managing Director to structure and negotiate fund-level transactions

    Strategy & Reporting

    • Set and own the sales programme units per month, revenue per quarter, total sell-down timeline and report against it weekly
    • Produce a weekly written sales report to the Managing Director covering pipeline status,conversion rates, buyer feedback, and market intelligence
    • Monitor the Lagos residential market continuously and advise on the organization's positioning and pricing strategy

    What We Are Looking For

    Non-Negotiable

    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline Second Class Upper preferred. Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or real estate are an advantage but not required.
    • Minimum 6 years selling premium residential real estate in Lagos Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Lekki Phase 1 specifically
    • At least 3 independently verifiable closed transactions above ₦150M references from buyers or developers will be required
    • Demonstrated experience with institutional real estate buyers, REITs, or fund-level transactions
    • A genuine, demonstrable HNW network in Lagos we will ask for specific examples
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication

    Strongly Preferred

    • Prior experience at a developer, real estate agency, or branded hospitality group in Nigeria
    • Existing relationships with Nigerian REITs, pension funds, or real estate investment managers
    • Experience managing off-plan sales with milestone-based payment plans and escrow arrangements

    Brand & Content Manager (Real Estate)

    The Role

    • The Brand & Content Manager owns two things simultaneously: how the organization is positioned in the market strategically, and how that positioning shows up every single day across all public-facing channels.
    • This starts as one combined role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on daily execution.
    • The Brand dimension means working within and evolving the organizations's established brand guidelines
    • protecting the standard, proposing upgrades where relevant, and ensuring nothing goes out that does not meet that standard. The Content dimension means you produce and post. You shoot or direct the shoot. You write the copy. You make it happen.
    • As the company and portfolio grow, this role will evolve into a Brand Director position with a dedicated content team. The right candidate understands they are building both functions now and could lead one of them as the company scales.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand Strategy & Identity

    • Work within the organization's established brand guidelines implementing consistently across all channels and proposing considered updates or upgrades where relevant
    • Own all public-facing communication every piece of content, collateral, and
    • correspondence must meet the organization's standard without exception
    • Brief and approve all external creative work photography commissions, video
    • production, graphic design, and print collateral
    • Ensure complete brand consistency across all social media accounts, the website, printed sales materials, and event materials
    • Advise the Managing Director on brand decisions, partnership opportunities, and public positioning

    Content Creation & Social Media

    • Manage and grow the organization's social media accounts content strategy, production, posting cadence, community management, and performance tracking
    • Produce The organization's List a weekly editorial series profiling the finest designed spaces in Lagos, establishing the organization's as the taste authority
    • Shoot and edit content in-house where possible external shoots commissioned, directed, and quality-controlled by you
    • Write all captions, brand copy, and editorial content in the organization's voice intelligent, restrained, and never generic

    PR & Events

    • Lead and launch all organizational competitions and brand activations managing full logistics, judging coordination, press outreach, and winner announcements
    • Produce and manage intimate private events for HNW prospects, architects, and press
    • Build and manage press relationships with Lagos lifestyle and property media
    • Identify and pitch all PR opportunities and feature stories proactively

    Sales Collateral & Marketing Support

    • Produce all project sales collateral to the organization's visual standard brochures, presentations, floor plan documents, and digital assets
    • Support the Head of Sales with campaign launches, buyer events, and buyer-facing communications

    What We Are Looking For

    Non-Negotiable

    • Has worked in a brand, marketing, or content role at a luxury, premium real estate, or high-end lifestyle brand in Nigeria
    • Can demonstrate measurable social media growth and content performance on a brand account they have managed we will ask to see it
    • Has personally produced content can shoot, edit, and post without depending on an external team for every asset
    • Has an instinctive eye for design and understands what premium looks and feels like demonstrable through a portfolio
    • Strong writer brand copy must be intelligent, original, and restrained. Submit examples with your application

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in social media platforms content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community management
    • Photography and video editing capability Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
    • Working knowledge of graphic design tools Canva, Adobe InDesign, or equivalent
    • Ability to brief, manage, and quality-control external photographers, videographers, and designers
