• We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to provide strategic leadership, drive revenue growth, and position the brand as a top luxury destination.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Revenue

• Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales target set by the company while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably.
• Develop initiatives to increase boutique sales.

Customer Retention

• Implement retention strategies to ensure the company can continue to have mutually beneficial relationships with target customers.
• Manage the achievement to business objectives, by utilizing a top client’s base.
• Establish, maintain and follow up on current clients and potential client’s relationships.
• General Lead Flow and Patching Leaks
• Undertake customer and market analysis to identify proposition development opportunities within our existing customer base.

New Customer Acquisition

• Develop and drive acquisition strategies for our brand, with a key focus development digital marketing campaigns and solutions.
• Enhance the company service proposition across all outlets to drive increased customer satisfaction and brand advocacy.
• Continuously improve our proposition for new customers, in particular looking at expanding the range of services these customers presently have access to.

Client Data Management

• Capture meaningful customers data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future clients development opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust base portfolio.

Customer Service Management

• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role in the company customer engagement with all clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.
• Ensure that every customer feedback is put into a report and submit weekly to the executive Director.
• Develop a client order form.

Sales Budget Management

• Total P&L accountability and annual budget sales planning and implementation.
• Support the sales and marketing operations in the areas of financial management.
• Have a sound knowledge of what sales will be in future time periods and use this to form an aggregate sales forecast.

Competitors Activities

• Identify or competitors and evaluating their strategies to determine their strength and weaknesses relative to our own products and services.

Performance Management

• Weekly review sales team performance and check on gap in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps and also give them feedback, motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
• Work closely with the HR Manager in establishing standards for appraising performance.
• Motivate and monitor sales representatives in other stores on marketing and sales activities.
• Ensure that a learning culture is built across the company, that product knowledge and role play is conducted across boutiques once a week.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Business Administration or related discipline. M.Sc. in related course.
• 15+ years progressive experience in sales especially in FMCG, Telecoms, banking, luxury retail etc.
• Experience with knowledge of market strategy.
• Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy
• Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen

• This role combines client-facing HR consulting with internal operations management. The successful candidate will support client organizations with HR solutions while ensuring smooth day-to-day in-house HR and administrative operations within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

HR Consulting (Client-Facing):

• Provide HR advisory and consulting services to assigned clients
• Support HR strategy development, workforce planning, and organizational design
• Manage recruitment and selection processes for clients
• Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and frameworks
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Advise clients on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
• Conduct HR audits and prepare professional HR reports

In-House HR & Operations:

• Manage internal HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and staff welfare
• Support internal performance management, training, and engagement initiatives
• Coordinate internal administrative and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Support management with operational planning, reporting, and process improvement
• Maintain proper documentation and internal systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR consulting, HR operations, or generalist HR roles
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience managing both client-facing responsibilities and internal operations
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) is an added advantage

We are seeking a Project Architect who will be responsible for managing architectural design execution from concept through construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Translate design concepts into detailed working drawings for construction
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and as-built drawings
• Liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design and construction projects
• Proven experience working on residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and other design software is an added advantage
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple project deliverables
• Good communication and teamwork skills
