    Head of Retail Pharmacy Chain

    Job Description

    • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and smooth running of all pharmacy stores.
    • Bring innovative ideas for the organization's profitability and push all stores to meet their sales target.
    • Have a thorough knowledge of products we stock and their location in the store and know which ones are fast lines and which are slow sellers. Take note of products we don’t stock but customers are requesting for and promptly to the purchase department.
    • Take accountability for the achievement of contractual, financial, and key quality targets for Pharmacy Services
    • Be the champion for medicines optimization and pharmacy advice, ensuring an evidence-based approach and high-quality patient-faced services are in place.
    • Ensuring multidisciplinary audit and review processes are complied with and work across organizational boundaries to ensure the organization complies with new pharmacy directives and maintains a high profile and levels of visibility to ensure a positive exchange of information.
    • Monitoring the expiration date of all inventory and close-dated products reported promptly.
    • Other duties as may be assigned by MD / CEO.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • B.Pharm. or Pharm.D Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college / university
    • Pharmacy Oath Certificate
    • Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
    • At least 6 - 8 years of working experience.
    • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity at a pharmacy
    • Postgraduate Degree in Management is an added advantage.
    • On-the-job training and be up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work at Moderate Speed.
    • Interpersonal skills including building relationships and conflict resolution.
    • Experience in a similar industry.
    • Great managerial and organizational skills.

    Full-Time Pharmacist

    Job Description

    • We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should reside in or around Festac Axis.
    • This position requires serious-minded individuals with a commitment to providing quality pharmaceutical services.

    Job Functions / Responsibilities

    • Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in accordance with prescriptions.
    • Provide counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
    • Maintain proper medication storage and inventory control.
    • Offer professional advice to customers on over-the-counter medications.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns with expertise and empathy.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
    • Ensure adherence to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Oversee the proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals.
    • Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and other required documentation.
    • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Degree from a recognized institution.
    • Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community pharmacy.
    • Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
    • Reside in or around Festac Axis.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work full-time with flexibility.

    Assistant Inventory Officer (Ogun)

    Job Description

    • We are looking to recruit an Assistant Inventory Officer who will manage the Stock Count accurately and efficiently.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
    • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
    • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
    • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
    • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
    • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationship
    • Collaborate with warehouse Manager and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
    • Report to Inventory Manager on stock levels, issues etc.

    Requirements

    • Must be an OND Holder.
    • Experience: 1 - 3 Years of working experience.
    • Basic Knowledge of Computers especially (Microsoft Word and Excel).
    • Ability to use Inventory Software.
    • Experience working with Technical tools.
    • Must reside in Victoria Island and its environs.
