    Head of Marketing

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
    • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and more.
    • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools and market research to gain insights into customer behaviour, campaign performance, and industry trends, driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs.
    • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
    • Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, explore co-marketing opportunities, and drive brand partnerships.
    • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints, serving as a brand ambassador and guardian of brand integrity.
    • Innovation and Optimization: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, driving innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, campaign results, and actionable recommendations for optimization and future strategy development

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • 7-10 years of experience in product marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in e-commerce or related industries especially in B2B roles.
    • Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
    • Expertise in digital marketing skills, channels and tools, such as SEO, SEM, CRM, Web Analytics & Reporting, with a focus on performance marketing, social media advertising and ROI analysis and optimization.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
    • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

    Email Marketing Specialist

    PURPOSE 

    • The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion

    KEY DUTIES

    • Develop and manage email templates, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
    • Plan, design, and execute and-to-end email marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
    • Set up and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, abandoned cart recovery, and lifecycle marketing.
    • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to deliver personalized content.
    • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
    • Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and developers to create visually appealing and high-converting emails.

    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE /SKILLS

    • Proven work experience as an email marketing specialist or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, automation, and personalization techniques.
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Experience with HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
    • Copywriting
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a B2B or B2C environment
