    Head of Legal

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Head of Legal to lead and manage all legal functions within our luxury real estate and property development business.
    • The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard the company’s interests across high-value transactions and operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee all legal matters relating to property acquisition, development, sales, and leasing
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including sale agreements, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, and vendor agreements
    • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, corporate regulations, and statutory requirements
    • Provide legal advisory to management on business decisions, risk exposure, and regulatory changes
    • Manage land documentation, title verification, due diligence, and perfection of titles
    • Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and external counsel
    • Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration processes, representing or coordinating the company’s interests effectively
    • Develop litigation strategies and manage ongoing legal disputes to minimize risk and exposure
    • Develop and implement internal legal policies, governance frameworks, and compliance systems
    • Support investment structuring, partnerships, and financing transactions
    • Lead and manage the legal team, ensuring high performance and professional development.

    Requirements

    • LL.B and BL (qualified to practice law in Nigeria)
    • Minimum of 4-6 years post-call experience, with strong focus on real estate/property law
    • Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
    • Strong experience in high-value real estate transactions and title documentation
    • Strong knowledge of land laws, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
    • Experience in luxury real estate or property development is highly preferred
    • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

    Contract Quantity Surveyor

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a retainership basis to support the delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects.
    • The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for detail, cost efficiency, and quality standards aligned with luxury developments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for luxury projects
    • Provide cost planning and financial control from concept to completion
    • Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
    • Evaluate contractor quotations, variations, and claims
    • Certify valuations and payment certificates
    • Advise on procurement strategies and vendor selection
    • Conduct site visits and provide periodic cost reports
    • Ensure all cost-related activities meet industry and quality standards

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
    • 5–7 years experience, preferably in high-end or luxury developments
    • Strong expertise in cost management, contract administration, and procurement
    • Proficiency in Excel and QS-related tools
    • Membership of NIQS or other professional body is an advantage
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills
    • Ability to work independently on a retainership basis

    Engagement Terms:

    • Retainership-based engagement with agreed monthly fee
    • Involvement across multiple projects as required
    • Periodic site visits and strategy meetings expected

    Investment Advisors

    Job Summary

    • The Investment Advisor, Luxury Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the company’s real estate investment opportunities, and closing sales.
    • The role requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new clients interested in real estate investments.
    • Promote and sell the company’s property investment products and services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and investment consultations.
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good understanding of the Port Harcourt market and client network is an added advantage.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
