    Head of Admissions

    Sector: Education Services

    Grade Level: Manager

    Reports To: Executive Directors

    Line Management:

    • Communications Officer
    • Admissions Officer

     Objective:

    To provide strategic direction and leadership for all admissions activities across the campuses, and to ensure timely and proper assessment and placement of prospective students.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create a positive image and reputation for the organization by working with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Serve as company representative at relevant social events, conventions, seminars, public lectures, and forums.
    • Participate in Below the Line (BTL) activities.
    • Schedule and coordinate all entrance examinations (including out-of-state) and interviews for prospective students and parents.
    • Manage candidate applications to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance regarding the submission of necessary supporting credentials and documentation.
    • Liaise with feeder institutions (including out-of-state) towards student enrolment at the schools.
    • Coordinate, oversee, and manage the activities and schedules of admissions officers and communications team members.
    • Liaise with lead generation sources and platforms.
    • Develop and execute lead conversion strategies to drive student enrolment.
    • Prepare admission-related presentations and student receptions.
    • Coordinate all recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events.
    • Oversee department members and ensure completion of tasks.
    • Generation, analysis, and submission of reports on admission, retention, and enrolment to management for informed decision-making.

    Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or any related discipline.
    • Requires 5 - 10 years experience in the Educational sector

    I.T Administrator

    Sector: Education Services

    Grade Level: Officer

    Reports To: Executive Director, I.T

    Objective:

    The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the technology infrastructure across campuses. This involves managing network and systems infrastructure while providing assistance and support to students, teachers, and other employees. This role also involves overseeing Junior IT officers and coordinating the department across campuses.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support and guidance for users.
    • Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.
    • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and other IT equipment.
    • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
    • Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
    • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
    • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
    • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
    • Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
    • Installing and configuring network equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues.
    • Updating virus protection software to keep data and communications protected.
    • Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems.
    • Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, security, and peripheral devices.
    • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
    • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers.
    • Support and administer third-party applications.
    • Ensure network security and connectivity.
    • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
    • Set up G-Suite and Windows user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
    • Define network policies and procedures.
    • Assist in yearly budgeting for IT requirements.
    • Oversee department members and ensure completion of tasks

    Qualification & Experience

    • B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Computer Science/Engineering or similar.
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience.

    Objective:

    This position is responsible for HRM and is to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers of the School.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participates in the recruitment process through monitoring of staff requisition approval.
