    Growth Lead - Travel and Tourism

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a visionary and data-driven Growth Lead with deep expertise in B2B, corporate, and affiliate travel business development. This role is pivotal in scaling our tech-enabled travel solutions, leading sales-driven growth initiatives, and driving strategic partnerships in the travel and tourism ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM platforms, data analytics, and demonstrated leadership of growth and sales teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy & Leadership

    • Design and lead the growth strategy for B2B/corporate travel, affiliate channels, and partner ecosystems.
    • Manage a cross-functional team comprising sales, CRM analysts, and client success professionals.
    • Define and track key KPIs across sales funnels, customer retention, and revenue growth.

    Tech & Data-Driven Growth

    • Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools to identify growth opportunities.
    • Drive data-backed decision-making, from lead generation to conversion optimization.
    • Implement automation and personalization at scale across sales and engagement touchpoints.

    Business Development & Sales Enablement

    • Lead enterprise-level negotiations with corporate travel buyers, affiliate platforms, and channel partners.
    • Foster strategic partnerships with TMCs, OTAs, airlines, and aggregators.
    • Optimize sales processes and ensure high-performance across business acquisition teams.

    Market & Customer Intelligence:

    • Monitor travel industry trends, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust growth plans.
    • Work closely with product/tech teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, growth, or business development roles within the travel and tourism sector, especially in B2B, corporate, or affiliate channels.
    • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales operations, and customer data platforms.
    • Proven experience in managing high-performing sales/growth teams.
    • Deep knowledge of corporate travel procurement, affiliate partnerships, and sales cycles.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred).

    Preferred Qualities:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical thinker with experience working with sales dashboards and revenue modeling.
    • Experience working in tech-driven or SaaS-enabled travel ecosystems is a plus.

    Other Requirements:

    • Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.

    Senior Travel Consultant

    Job Description

    • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (air, hotel, transfers, visas, etc.) for corporate and individual clients.
    • Handle complex itineraries, multi leg bookings, and last minute changes with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) and other booking tools to provide competitive pricing and availability.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Advise clients on travel requirements, safety protocols, visa regulations, and insurance coverage.
    • Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground handlers) to negotiate group rates or preferential terms.
    • Maintain accurate client profiles and booking history using CRM and back office systems.
    • Resolve issues and emergencies quickly and professionally, offering alternative solutions when required.
    • Mentor junior travel consultants and assist with training and knowledge sharing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a travel consultant, with at least 2 years in a senior or corporate travel role.
    • Proficient in GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo). Experience in corporate, group, or high-volume travel booking.
    • Excellent understanding of global travel regulations and best practices.

    Growth Executive- Travel and Tourism

    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain corporate business accounts with a minimum volume of 200,000 - 1 million USD annually.
    • Conduct monthly review meetings with corporate clients to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Identify and convert new corporate accounts (NCA) to achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, track performance, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Plan and execute daily tasks, including scheduling and attending business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Report on sales performance and pipeline progress to the management team regularly.

    Requirements

    • Must hold a degree from a recognized university.
    • BSC or MBA is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
    • Experience handling corporate accounts with substantial annual revenue volumes.
    • Experience working with travel agencies or airlines is strongly preferred.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and analyze client data.
    • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and corporate travel needs.
    • Familiarity with Lagos geography for efficient business planning and client engagement.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Well-organized with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Must have the legal right to work in Nigeria.
