    Group Head, Internal Control & Audit

    Job Description

    The group head of Internal Audit is responsible for developing and maintaining the company-wide risk-based audit plan. This individual leads the overall direction and leadership of the internal audit function for the organization and plans and conducts operational, financial and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and organizational risk.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Responsible for implementing, directing and overseeing the auditing and compliance programs.
    • Conducts and directs audits and ongoing reviews of organization controls, operating procedures, and compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Reviews and appraises the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls, compliance procedures and controls and timeliness of documentation generation.
    • Assesses the adequacy and extent of programs designed to safeguard organization assets.
    • Compiles and issues reports detailing conclusions and providing recommendations for improvements.
    • Directs and appraises the activities of audit and compliance personnel.
    • Recommends employee training and modifications to procedures as needed.
    • Serves as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies.

    Job Requirement

    • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or related.
    • Master’s Degree (M.A) in Business, Finance, Accounting or closely related field
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant
    • 7 or more years experience leading and developing a team
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, human relations skills, and business acumen are essential
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically are required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
    • Knowledge in ICT finance would be a plus
    • Exposure to FMCG and retail would be appreciated
    • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.

    Group Head, Customer Experience and Growth

    Job Brief

    The Group Head of Customer Experience is a leadership role, required to supervise and oversee the strategy, planning and execution of the organization’s overall customer experience goals. This includes liaising with other department heads to ensure all other teams contribute equally to providing customers with a seamless experience across touchpoints.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that the customer experience team works in collaboration with all other business functions, consistently delivering great end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey
    • Enabling a two-way stream with customer-facing teams through – collecting feedback from customer-facing teams to derive meaningful insights for improvements and; guiding teams to ensure a customer-centric attitude while acquiring new customers or dealing with existing customers, especially guiding the marketing, branding and sales teams to align with the larger CX strategy.
    • Build and manage a team of business analysts and customer experience specialists with deep domain expertise in customer experience journeys
    • Encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer orientation amongst the team
    • Liaise with directors or heads of other teams such as sales, marketing, customer support, branding, finance, IT and account management to ensure customer-centricity in their respective departmental work and help them deliver in accordance with the overall customer experience strategy.
    • Advocate for changes in other departments’ ways of working and cross-functionally collaborate with teams to implement a change, if required for the improvement of overall customer experience
    • Interact at the executive/senior management level, proactively advocating for solutions and managing the customer escalation process
    • Create and implement an analytics strategy for best in class service delivery. Leverage existing and additional relevant technologies for reporting and analytics across customer service and other customer-facing functions/ channels

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in mass communication or other relevant fields.
    • At least 10-15 years of relevant customer service experience.
    • Experience in the Lifestyle and computing sector will be an added advantage.
    • You must be a strong performer in high-pressure situations and be capable of diffusing situations easily and effectively.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Executive Assistant to the MD

    Job Profile:

    Reporting directly to the MD/CEO

    The Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the MD. You shall also serve as a liaison to the senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

    Responsibilities are but not limited to:

    Executive Support:

    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the MD/CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing strategic reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for special projects. Plans, coordinates and ensures the MD/CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
    • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the MD/ CEO, on matters related to the MD’s programmatic initiatives.
    • Research, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
    • Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
    • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the MD’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the MD, some of which may have organizational impact.
    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
    • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

    Senior Management Liaison:

    • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings
    • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings
    • Facilitates cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans

    Strategic Initiatives:

    • Works with the Strategic Initiatives team in coordinating the MD’s outreach activities
    • Follows up on contacts made by the MD and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships
    • Create acknowledgement letters from External Stakeholders and follow through with MD on the next plan

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.

    Distribution Sales Officer

    Location: Abuja, Ibadan, and Ikeja

    Responsibilities are but not limited to:

    • Responsible for all sales in the assigned territory including growing existing business

    • Prepare an annual business plan to be submitted to and discussed with the Company’s sales team.
    • Introduce new and improved Products into the Region as directed by the Company.

    Job Requirements and Qualifications
