    Job Description

    • Due to business growth, We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Group Head- Consulting Services to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.
    • The responsibilities of the Group Head – Consulting Services include recommending ways to improve operations planning, attending meetings with clients and advisors, and notifying partners of key business developments.

    • As an administrator of the Centre, the Training Centre Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, marketing and management of the Technical Training Center.

    Qualifications / Skill Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related field
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 3 as a Training Manager in a Training/Learning Center
    • Experience implementing and using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • The Training Center Manager must be an excellent communicator (online, on the phone, and public speaking) who can effectively deal with candidate, instructors, and the other staff members. Duties and Responsibilities
    • Ability to organize, design, deliver and assess training
    • Practical knowledge of running training need-analysis and training programme of technical nature for a large organization
    • Proven track record in coordinating and managing the build-out and delivery of training systems
