We are seeking smart, motivated, and trainable graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in the Downstream Retail segment of the Oil & Gas industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in retail operations, station management, customer engagement, and fuel product sales through structured training and real-world exposure.
As a Graduate Trainee, you will go through intensive training sessions, on-the-job learning, and departmental rotations to gain a solid understanding of the operations, compliance, sales, and supply chain aspects of the oil and gas retail business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
No prior work experience required.
Interest in pursuing a career in the downstream oil and gas retail sector.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Must be flexible and open to working in different locations or shifts as required.
