The Head of Credit and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, managing credit risk, and driving marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Market microloans and SME products.
Mobilize deposits and manage deposit-related activities.
Coordinate and oversee marketing activities across branches.
Evaluate client creditworthiness using the 5 Cs of credit.
Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
At least 4 years of experience in Marketing and Credit within a financial institution, including prior departmental leadership.
Proven track record as a Head of Marketing and Credit.
Sales and marketing experience is essential.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Proficient in computer usage and internet savvy.
Demonstrated people management skills.
