    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, emailand one-one communication etc.
    • Must effectively manage different communication channels: resolve customer complaints via all available phone, email.
    • Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
    • Track and follow-up customer requests in a timely manner.
    • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring visitors’ logbook and tag
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Work with Human Capital from time to time to assist in Human Capital Operations
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/Manager

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any discipline
    • 2-3 years relevant experience in front desk/receptionist position is required preferably in the financial services industry
    • Preferred candidates must be customer-centric, young, smart and vibrant.
    • Candidate must possess excellent communication skill
    • Certification in customer relationship management, Human Resources or any other related courses is an added advantage.

    Relationship Officer, Prestige Banking

    Job Description

    • To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
    • Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the Bank.
    • Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of corporate clients and individual depositors.
    • Build relationships with new & existing customers Develop attractive products to contribute to the achievement of the overall deposit targets

    KPIs:

    • Ensure 100% achievement of assigned deposit mobilization and CASA targets.
    • Ensure 100% achievement of Customer acquisition targets.
    • Maintain the Banks approved cost of funds target at all times.
    • Develop strategies to ensure sustainable growth in liquidity in line with the Banks goals.

    Qualifications

    • A good First Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Sociology or any related field.
    • 3-5 years in prestige, affluent, HNI or privatebanking: high volume deposit mobilization and with excellent performance track record.
    • Experience in commercial bank orAsset Management and Investment firm is preferred.
    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) andMicrofinance Certificate Program or any other related qualifications are an added advantage.
