    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Coordination and management of reception and waiting areas to ensure a suitable environment and ambience. Client
    • registration – collect and input all necessary and accurate data from the client
    • Accept the client’s mode of payment in line with company policy, collect and register the client’s payment.
    • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
    • Politely guide the client in the direction of the procedure/examination paid for.
    • Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient record in expected format.
    • Ensure usage of checklist/job order and proper check-out.
    • Refer client to feedback channels and compel compliance.
    • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
    • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
    • Address customer complaints and escalate to Branch operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager
    • Ensure compliance with SOP, safety, health, and quality standard.
    • Maintain registration flow by accurately and efficiently moving patients through the process.
    • Interact with patients by answering questions, providing information, and keeping the reception area in order.
    • Maintain general filing system and files appropriate correspondence electronically or manually.
    • Responsible for report generation and dispatch in support of departmental goals and objectives.
    • Ensure accurate product knowledge to guide and provide relevant and timely information to clients.
    • Timely processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
    • Perform FDO duties for other branches by proxy when need arises.
    • Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by line manager.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Health Management, Basic Sciences or any relevant course
    • Experience in Diagnostics Industry
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Use of computer and Microsoft office
    • Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
    • Time management
    • Ability to connect with several types of patients.
    • Consistently completes duties neatly, accurately in a timely manner.

    Warehouse & Inventory Officer (Health Sector)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, protocols and other work-related policies.
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts; reconciling with system data.
    • Supervise the receiving, monitoring and maintenance of stock in the warehouse to ensure sufficient stocks are available at any given time to meet the requirements as per the company guidelines.
    • Supervise the use and daily update of all inventories related items on the ERP software.
    • Determine and allocate appropriate daily manpower required for optimal warehouse operations & groom the team members for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure proper space management and stacking of goods in the designated spaces.
    • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by Management.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in Business Administration or any related discipline.
    • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control in healthcare sector is an added advantage.
    • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or the Certified Warehouse Professional (CWP).
    • Emotionally Intelligent and culturally sensitive
    • Highly motivated, dynamic, and customer-oriented with the ability to thrive in a competitive and ever-changing environment.

    Account Receivables / Debt & Recovery Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Follow up with clients/customers on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and personal visits
    • Identify and escalate problematic accounts to management.
    • Posting of customers payment into the customer Account on SAP
    • Reconcile every invoice paid by customer to ensure 100% payment of the invoice and if there are any genuine differences ensure you seek approval for credit note before posting the differences into the customer’s account on SAP.
    • Ensure accuracy of customer ledger account balances.
    • Maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring firm follow-ups.
    • Handle disputes or discrepancies regarding invoicing or payments
    • Support or liaise with debt recovery consultants where necessary for escalated debt recovery actions.
    • To carry out a credit worthiness checks on new customers to be onboarded along with the Sales Medical Representative.
    • Ensure adherence to the company’s credit control policies and legal guidelines.
    • Work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc. In Accounting or any relevant course
    • ICAN (At least, last stage of professional level) and related certification
    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in debt recovery, credit control, or receivables management or any similar role.
    • Strong persuasive and professional communication for engaging debtors and negotiating settlements.
    • Ability to analyze debtor accounts, reconcile outstanding balances, and identify discrepancies.
    • Ability to work with large volumes of data in a timely manner
    • Critical thinking skill
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Excellent knowledge of Excel, accounting software SAP for monitoring portfolios.
    • Experience in Healthcare is an added advantage.
