    Senior Deposit Mobilization Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Deposit Mobilization Executive/Officer plays a major role in continuously improving deposit mobilization and strategically creating relationships for fixed deposit customers and ensures proper and adequate inflow of liabilities in the company to ultimately increase and maintain the credit balance of the company for efficient operation.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources.
    • Meet, maintain and exceed set targets
    • Cultivate new clientele on a regular basis.
    • Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationship with clients.
    • Timely response to feedback and other customer-related issues or requests.
    • Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.
    • Visit, engage prospects and maintain liability generated
    • Propose services, up-selling and cross-selling whenever possible
    • Recruit, train and build sales team across the country
    • Increase number of Treasury services taken up by Clients
    • Ensure the effective, high-quality management of Clients
    • Conduct periodic competitor analysis, reviewing product rates and requirements
    • Prepare and send periodic report to management
    • On-board and manage subordinates to maintain a consistently high number of prospects, and with a high conversion rate

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Education level - First Degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution. Post-graduate qualification(s) and professional membership will be an added advantage.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development. Experience in a financial institution is an added advantage
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting / exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
    • Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.

    Salary
    N5,000,000 - N9,000,000 Annually.

    Loan Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Loan Sales Executive is required to collect and prepare all materials needed to secure a loan.
    • He/ She will also responsible for reviewing loan applications evaluating the potential risks of granting loans to applicants.
    • The candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of selling various loan products.
    • He/ She will act as a liaison between customers and our financial institution and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
    • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
    • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
    • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
    • Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
    • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
    • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
    • Update account records, Compute payment schedules and transactions on ERP
    • Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving loan application problems.
    • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
    • Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
    • Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
    • Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
    • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

    Qualification / Requirements

    • BS.c Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
    • Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
    • Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
    • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
    • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
    • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and meet the set target

    Loan Sales Executive (Experienced with Oracle Payroll System)

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hirea Team Lead (Consumer lending)that has experience with the Oracle Payroll System and has a successful track record of leading a vibrant team of loan sales executives.
    • He /she will berequired to manage a team and drive their performance and help direct them on how to collect and prepare all materials needed to secure a loan for Lagos State civil servant that has an oracle number.
    • He/ She will also responsible for ensuring that the team members meet set individual targets.
    • He/she will also review loan applications evaluate the potential risks of granting loans to customers and help team members push transactions and get approvals if need be.
    • The candidate must understand thevarious products of the company and ensure team members cross-sell and upsell at any given opportunity.
