    Product Marketing Manager

    Job Profile
    As a Product Marketing Manager, a typical day might include the following:

    • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
    • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
    • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
    • Brief the press and PR teams about new products
    • Take part in presentations
    • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer
    • personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
    • Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management and engineering departments.
    • Use market research data to establish product pricing
    • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
    • Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences
    • Test new goods and products
    • Propose and keep within a budget
    • Research competitor offerings
    • Recruit and develop a team of product marketing executives.

    Requirements
    You'd be a Good fit if You Have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • 3+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
    • Clear understanding of the growth funnel and metrics highly desired
    • Experience driving adoption for a B2B software product would be an advantage
    • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp.
    • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
    • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics.
    • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
    • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
    • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
    • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!

    Backend Engineer

    Job Description
    As a Backend Engineer, a typical day might include the following:

    • Work through the full life-cycle management, including requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, testing and documentation.
    • Create technical test specifications and schedule estimates for new products.
    • Contribute to the development of both internal and partner software integration projects, as well as new web and mobile applications.
    • Maintain and extend existing codebase and libraries.
    • Communicate complex ideas with ease, both in person and in writing.
    • Provide escalated ticket/incident management for supported applications as well as will participate in defect management, issue tracking/trending.
    • Taking leadership in owning issue resolution and driving them to completion.
    • Ensuring that incident and problem management processes and procedures are followed and adhered to standards.
    • Communicating to end-users, engineers, and operations.
    • Provide performance /capacity metrics and ad hoc reporting of the same.
    • Provide technical expertise and share knowledge with the team as required.
    • Monitor the application performance and provide technical support as required.

    Requirements
    You’d be a good fit if you have:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Electronic, Telecommunications and any Physical Science.
    • 1-3 years working experience in all aspects of web and mobile application development, management and VAS.
    • Mastery of at least 3 web technologies and proficiency in several others e.g. CSS, Golang, HTML, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP, Python.
    • Experience in building scalable real-time systems with
    • Experience in building distributed systems
    • Ex Deep understanding of server-side technologies, web security, cross-browser compatibility challenges, mobile development anatomy, SMS based stuff.
    • Great energy and enthusiasm with a positive, collaborative working style.
    • Working knowledge of relational database design and management.
    • Practical experience in writing test scripts for API testing and/or QA automation tools.
    • The ability to use the following technologies: Python, JavaScript (ES6), Golang, MongoDB, Node.js, HTML5, Elasticsearch, Linux (Command line knowledge such as BASH, ZSH, or FISH), Basic Understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Serverless Technologies.

    Senior QA Engineer

    Job Profile
    As a Senior QA Engineer, a typical day might include the following:

    • Investigating product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
    • Planning, creating and managing the overall Quality Planning Strategy
    • Collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
    • Tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects counts
    • Process setting up for critical Telco applications launch and SLA handling for Telco critical applications.
    • Hands-on experience with Automation tools and improving the documentation quality.

    Requirements
    You’d be a good fit if you have:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree from a reputable college.
    • 3+ years working experience as a QA Engineer
    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
    • Experience with Basic programming and Scripting of Automated tests
    • Experience in working on Agile processes and practices setting up & ensuring Telco applications delivery Quality Assurance.
    • Basic Telecom domain & practice knowledge
    • Experience with Basic programming and Scripting in javascript, Python, e.t.c.
