    Mechanic

    Key Responsibilities

    • Daily Check all vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
    • Repair and maintenance of trucks.
    • Ensure optimum truck availability for road trips.
    • Inspect diagnose, report defects, trace faults and rectify all mechanical faults on a vehicle
    • Ensure that repairs are neatly and professionally carried out to OEM standards.
    • Recover all vehicles en route breakdown
    • properly handle all workshop tools
    • Continually adhere to all safety mechanical-related procedures.

    Qualification and Key Competencies

    • Candidates should possess an FSLC, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 5 years work experience.
    • Good troubleshooting skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to read and write and work in a team.
    • Technical competent
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

    Auto Electrician (Heavy Duty)

    Location: East and West, Nigeria

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect vehicle electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
    • Conduct routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
    • Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
    • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
    • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
    • Keep logs on work and issues
    • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • OND in Auto Electrical Engineering
    • 3+ years of automotive repair experience
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Proven experience as an auto electrician
    • Excellent knowledge of electrical components of vehicles
    • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
    • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
    • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.

    Workshop Manager

    Responsibilities

    • To coordinate all workshop related activities and ensure availability of trucks.
    • Ensure workshop procedures & systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.
    • Continuously monitor repair time & repair quality and ensure the KPI (MTTR & RFTR) targets are achieved.
    • Ensure customer focus oriented culture among the team and maintain good relationships with customers.
    • Ensure workshop facility, equipment & tools are adequately maintained and available in ready to use condition.
    • Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
    • Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of repairs before the release of vehicles.
    • Provide technical advice to team members, analyze and interpret data.
    • Ensure the workshop observes all warranty process conditions
    • Guiding & motivating productive staff to improve productivity & efficiency.
    • Monitor and control workshop expenses.

    Qualification and Key Competencies

    • HND / B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Commercial Vehicles)
    • Minimum of 8 years strong Engineering experience with an established Commercial Vehicle Workshop (Trucks specifically)
    • Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.
    • Problem solving skill and team spirit.
    • Product knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
    • Ability to guide & train others.
    • Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package.

    Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

    Locations: Benin - Edo, Ibadan - Oyo, (Ota, Ibafo) - Ogun and Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • To enhance performance, increase daily vehicle availability and profitability
    • Carry out initial troubleshooting on trucks/trailers
    • Interpret and implement technical service data and maintenance standards according to company policies.
    • Ensuring that all checklists for all components and services types are in place:
      • Pre-trip inspection checklist
      • Service A,B & C Checklist
      • Lubrication Service Checklist
      • Electrical checklist
    • Communication skills and in-depth knowledge of tasks while working to ensuring teams superviced complete Jobs as required
    • Ensure proper supervision and followup on task before and after completion

    • Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.

    Fleet Analyst

    Responsibility
    Improve operational processes and efficiency with a direct impact on the availability:

    • Ensure timely processing of data: monitored process and ensure they are functional
    • Manage the department SLAs, Service agreements, and contracts making sure the company derives maximum benefit.
    • Drive operational improvement and adherence across locations
    • Integrate FM processes into ERP for reporting, monitoring, and control.
    • Prepare reports of PMS, Pre-trips inspections, and compliance.
    • Tracking VORs across locations analyzing and sharing relevant reports with stakeholders.

    Qualification and Key Competencies

    • Candidates should possess an HND, B.Eng, M.Eng qualification with at least 4 years work experience.
    • Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.
    • Problem-solving skills and team spirit.
    • Product knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
    • Ability to guide & train others.
    • Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package
