    Customer Service Representative Position Job Duties

    1. Making outbound calls to potential customers.
    2. Composing and Replying Email leads.
    3. Documenting Call notes .
    4. Tracking sales leads.
    5. Daily Stand ups.
    6. Bi Weekly Friday Knowledge transfer “learn something new Fridays”


    1. Bachelor’s degree / HND  in arts ,social science , science,,marketing, communications, or related field

    Preferred skills

    1. Effective communication skills.
    2. Customer Service Skills.
    3. Email Writing Skill.
    4. Problem Solving Skills.
    5. Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
