Description

• Operate and monitor utility systems such as power generation, water treatment, compressed air, heating/cooling, and fuel systems to ensure continuous supply.
• Oversee plant operations related to oil and gas processing, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance of equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on utility and process equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize efficiency.
• Respond to operational issues by troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all utility and plant activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and report system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities to supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
• 7 years of experience in utilities or plant operations within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sector
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, Process Safety, or HSE training)
• Strong knowledge of utility systems such as power generation, water treatment, compressed air, and fuel supply.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Competence in operating SCADA or DCS control systems.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and process equipment.
• Good organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and plant performance monitoring.

Description

• Deliver project document control against project procedures for internal and external design and vendor documents, and project correspondence.
• Comply with the Company Records Management for Controlled and not-Controlled documents.
• Undertake project filing, archiving and handover preparation.
• Maintain paper and electronic document flow within project team, and from / to contractors or vendors.
• Support the use of document “team working areas” for uncontrolled documents and sharing.
• Maintain the Doc Control Systems and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Prepare document performance reports (status, progress and forecast).
• Support the external document control contractors (e.g. bulk loading, document reclassification, etc).

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in document control, preferably within major capital projects in the oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of document control systems, processes, and interface management in large-scale project environments.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, multi-discipline approval workflows, and project correspondence protocols.
• Solid knowledge of records management principles and implementation methods.
• Proficiency in Power BI, MS Access, MS Excel, and other project reporting tools is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
