    Maintenance and Service Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Installations of electrical equipment
    • Explaining technical issues to customers 
    • Attending to customer’s complaint at their residential
    • Checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems, and infrastructures.
    • Engineers ensure that equipment runs smoothly and reliably.

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University or Babcock University or Bowen University or Ayo Babalola
    • Completed NYSC with discharge certificate 
    • min of 2.2

    Business Development Officer

    Our client is a licensed money lending institution providing small and medium-sized Loans in Lagos state and are currently recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

    Job Title: Business Development Officer

    • Source for new individual and group clients via direct promotion and assist prospect client with a loan application
    • In-depth assessment of loan applications and collect detailed information (personal, business, and guarantees) in preparation of loan proposals
    • Analyze and interpret financial statement of businesses with the use of Microsoft excel to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower
    • Approve loans by issuing checks or forwarding applications to loan committee.
    • Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicant; obtaining signatures and notarizations; collecting fees.
    • Help customers by answering questions; responding to requests.
    • Maintains customer confidence by keeping loan information confidential.
    •  Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
    • Portfolio Management with full responsibility for its growth and quality (monitoring of disbursed Loans, follow up on timely repayment and Initiating and leading recovery activities)
    • Optimizing financial results by cross-selling activities
    • Assuring long-term relationship (Relationship Management) through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ratio of revolving clients

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc./ HND in any discipline, OND with a minimum of 2 years’ experience may be considered
    • Demonstrate good self-esteem and confidence
    • Strong analytical and financial skills (with a focus on cash flow analysis and forecasting)
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision

    Executive Associate

    Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Review, draft, revise and negotiate a wide range of agreements with customers, vendors, partners and third parties, such as partnerships, vendor agreements, joint ventures, other professional services, and other commercial agreements.
    • Provide high quality commercial legal advice to ensure the best commercial terms are negotiated and contracts are documented appropriately
    • Exercise sound professional judgment in identifying issues that require escalation to the Management.
    • Reviewing and improving Business Practices and internal governance processes. 
    • Develop creative approaches to manage legal risks and resolving disputes.
    • Reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for Clients to ensure they are in compliance with all statutory requirements and ensuring that risks are mitigated
    • Handling matters relating procuring Licenses for clients
    • Handle property registration at lands.
