    Logistics Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Daily compilation of logistic requests from sales representatives.
    • Plan and execution of trucks arrangement with transporters.
    • Price benchmarking with direct transporters and organized logistic players in the market.
    • Communications with the Sales team on the logistic tracker and delivery.
    • Daily report /weekly /Monthly report
    • Ensuring constructive feedback and proper communication among transporters to the Line manager.
    • New transporter introduction.
    • Transporter payment tracking and clearing with the account/Finance
    • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

    Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements

    Skills Requirement

    • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
    • Proficient in standard logistics software
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Result oriented
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualification  

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in   Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as a Logistics Manager

    Store Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and maintenance of inventory
    • Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals
    • Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
    • Efficiently Managing available stock of spare parts in the store
    • Supply spare parts to workshop customer as per request
    • Supplying spare parts to the dealer as per the order placed
    • Managing inflow & delivery of 2W, 3W, battery, inverter stock
    • Updating all stock inward / billing/delivery in ERP
    • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required
    • Daily Perpetual stock take
    • Ensure the store is clean and well organized
    • Arrange the spare parts are well arranged on racks for easy identification

    Skills Requirement

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
    • Working knowledge of office equipment
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualification  

    • Minimum qualification Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    Experience

    • A minimum of 3-5-year experience in warehouse management

    National Sales Manager (3W &2W SPARE PARTS)

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the regional sales team and ensure branch target achievement
    • Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desires monthly & quarterly sales targets
    • Retain existing dealers; and add new spare parts retailers to increase genuine spare parts penetration.
    • Drive sales, monitor, track and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met
    • Gather completion information related to prices/packaging etc on regular basis.
    • Establish and maintain excellent rapport with existing spare parts dealers in the assigned territory.
    • Maintain strong communications with all Stakeholders within the business and customers
    • Participate in all retailers & mechanics meet arranged as a part of demand generation.
    • Providing training and coaching to sales marketers to ensure they have the necessary skills to be able to meet the requirements of their position

    Skills Requirement

    • Knowledge of the automobile spare parts retail market and ability to penetrate new markets
    • Should be able to identify 2w & 3w genuine spare parts.
    • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
    • Target-driven approach
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Qualifications

    Educational Qualification  

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field  

    Experience

    • Minimum of 15 years of  work experience in a  sales role in an automotive company
    • Spare parts sales experience is an added advantage

    Skills Requirement

    • Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets
    • Professional membership of CIMN is an advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
    • Target-drive
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
