    Accountant (VI &Agbara)

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our school’s financial operations, including school fees, treasury, and reporting functions. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial management and supporting the school’s smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare student bills, fee summaries, and termly reconciliations.

    • Maintain cash receipt journals and process bank transactions.
    • Prepare weekly student population reports and update class lists.
    • Manage petty cash, bank imprests, and school bank accounts.
    • Prepare cash flow statements, financial reports, and support budget planning.
    • Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with school expenditure decisions.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s a plus).
    • ICAN or ACCA certification.
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience.
    • Strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
    • Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills.

    Business Development Manager

    Role Summary

    The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and growing sustainable commercial opportunities across the school’s enterprise portfolio. The role oversees business growth initiatives, retail operations, financial performance, partnerships, and team leadership to ensure profitability, efficiency, and alignment with the school’s mission and values.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Growth & Development

    • Develop and implement annual business plans for the school’s enterprise unit.
    • Identify new income-generating opportunities within the school community.
    • Introduce new products and services based on parents’ and students’ needs.

    Retail & Operational Oversight

    • Oversee daily retail operations (uniforms, books, supplies, etc.).
    • Ensure effective inventory management and prevent stock losses or shortages.
    • Supervise retail systems, stock records, and sales reporting.
    • Coordinate suppliers and logistics to ensure efficient service delivery.

    Financial Management

    • Approve pricing recommendations in line with approval processes.
    • Work with Accounts to prepare budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans.

    Market, Partnerships & Relationships

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, vendors, and service providers.
    • Promote enterprise services and identify cross-selling opportunities.

    People Management & Governance

    • Supervise Business Officer, Retail/Enterprise Officer, and Logistics Officer.
    • Set performance targets and provide coaching to improve productivity and service quality.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field (minimum Second Class Lower).
    • Chartered Accountant qualification with a strong marketing or commercial bias.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory or management experience.
    • Strong understanding of financial management, retail operations, and business development.

    Music Teacher

    We are seeking a passionate and creative Music Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students, develop their musical skills, and foster an appreciation for music through engaging theory and practical lessons.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Teach music theory, vocal training, and practical music lessons
    • Train students in singing, rhythm, notation, and basic instrument use
