    Social Media Executives

    The Dexterity Group is seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business objectives. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about social media, stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, and have a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, that aligns with the brand's tone and identity.
    • Conduct research and analyze market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for social media optimization and campaign development.
    • Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent posting and maintaining an active presence.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
