We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a particular interest in aesthetic and wellness treatments.
As an RN at The Baddie Lab Lagos, you will be responsible for assisting in various medical and aesthetic procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and administration of aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, IV nutrient therapy, and other services offered by the medspa.
Conduct initial consultations and follow-up appointments with clients to assess their needs and progress.
Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare.
Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes.
Ensure all procedures are carried out to the highest medical and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
Collaborate with doctors and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Participate in continuous professional development and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Qualifications:
Valid nursing license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Nigeria.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medspa or aesthetic clinic setting.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and treatments (ie., Botox, fillers, PRP, IVNT, etc)
