    Accounts Payable Officer

    The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing end‑to‑end accounts payable operations for assigned business units. The role ensures accurate processing of vendor invoices, verification of payment requests, proper ERP posting, vendor reconciliations, timely payments, and maintenance of audit‑ready documentation. The officer supports month‑end and year‑end closing, ensures compliance with internal financial policies and tax regulations, collaborates with vendors and internal teams, and maintains high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • End‑to‑end accounts payable operations
    • Invoice review, verification, and processing
    • ERP posting & payable transaction maintenance
    • Preparation of payment schedules and executing payments
    • Vendor reconciliation and dispute resolution
    • Liaising with vendors on invoice issues and timelines
    • Supporting audits with required documentation
    • Ensuring compliance with tax and financial policies
    • Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • ICAN or ACCA qualification is required.
    • 2–3 years experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
    • Strong ERP usage experience (posting, reconciliations, reporting).
    • High accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

    Instrumentation Engineer

    The Instrumentation Engineer supports the Maintenance Manager in planning, executing, and supervising all instrumentation and control system maintenance across the depot/terminal. The role ensures availability, reliability, and optimal performance of instrumentation equipment, control systems, metering systems, sensors, and safety devices. The role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Ensure safe and efficient operation of all instrumentation and control system maintenance activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults on instrumentation devices including sensors, transmitters, flow meters, level gauges, automated valves, PLC/DCS systems, and control panels.
    • Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all instrumentation equipment.
    • Maintain and calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of readings according to standards and OEM recommendations.
    • Ensure full compliance with the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all instrumentation and control systems.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education Qualification

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in depot operations.
    • BSC/ HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
    • Basic knowledge of PLC systems and accompanying electronics.
    • Professional certifications in Instrumentation, Automation, or Control Systems, Coren HSE Level 1-3 (added advantage).

    Technical Competencies

    • Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
    • Proficiency with PLC, SCADA, and control system architectures.
    • Strong knowledge of PTW, LOTO, JHA, and WMS.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

    Behavioral Competencies

    • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
    • Commitment to safety and compliance.
