    Production Officer

    Job brief

    We are looking for an experienced Production Officer to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

    The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Estimate costs and prepare budgets
    • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
    • Monitor production to resolve issues
    • Determine amount of necessary resources
    • Maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
    • Ensure output meets quality standards
    • Enforce health and safety precautions
    • Report to upper management 

    Requirements

    • 2-5 years Post graduate experience in soap/chemical production.
    • Deep knowledge of production management
    • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
    • Good communication ability
    • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
    • BSc in Chemistry or relevant field is preferred

    Stock Manager

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Stock Manager to manage our inventory and purchase merchandise based on our company’s needs.

    Stock Manager responsibilities include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures and have good communication skills to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS)
    • Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases
    • Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed
    • Track shipments and address any delays
    • Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
    • Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals
    • Coordinate regular inventory audits
    • Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)
    • Ensure purchases do not exceed budget

    Requirements

    • Female 2-5 years post graduate experience in Warehouse/Store Management.
    • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
    • Active participation in inventory audits.
    • Excellent organization skills.
    • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
    • BSc, Hnd in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
