    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function, driving talent strategy, and fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and growth.
    • You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labour regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and performance management systems
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs
    • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
    • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 – 7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and policy development
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

    Salary
    N600,000 - N700,000 Monthly

    Human Resource Executive

    Job Summary

    • As the Human Resource Officer / Executive, you will support daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
    • You will assist in policy implementation, performance monitoring, and administrative processes that enhance organizational efficiency and staff satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation processes
    • Maintain employee records and ensure timely HR reporting
    • Support training, welfare, and performance management initiatives
    • Handle employee queries and support engagement activities across teams.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
    • 2 - 4 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably in the service or hospitality industry
    • Sound knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and basic compliance procedures
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
