    B2C Business Development Manager

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – B2C Growth to lead and scale Pharmarun’s consumer business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce and healthcare, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through both online and offline channels.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker who understands how to build and execute customer growth initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns that directly impact revenue and market penetration. You will lead the B2C growth team and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure sustainable expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute Pharmarun’s B2C growth strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships, campaigns, and channel expansion.
    • Lead the B2C business development team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and customer growth targets.
    • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement initiatives that drive customer awareness and repeat purchase.
    • Analyze customer behavior, data, and market trends to inform business decisions and refine strategies.
    • Build partnerships with relevant healthcare and consumer brands that support Pharmarun’s mission and expansion goals.
    • Track, measure, and report performance metrics (e.g., acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion rate).
    • Represent Pharmarun in industry events and forums to strengthen visibility and credibility.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5–7 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, consumer health, or healthcare expansion roles.
    • Proven success in driving B2C growth through digital and partnership channels.
    • Strong understanding of consumer acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention strategies.
    • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and setting performance KPIs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

    Quality Control Analyst

    Role Summary

    • We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Analyst to uphold Pharmarun’s standards for pharmaceutical products, service delivery, and partner compliance. This role ensures our customers receive safe, accurate, and high-quality orders every time, while also supporting operational excellence through audits, data review, and issue resolution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine and spot checks on pharmacy partners to ensure compliance with Pharmarun’s quality standards.
    • Monitor order accuracy, prescription validity, and packaging integrity.
    • Collaborate with operations and pharmacy teams to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
    • Develop and maintain SOPs and quality assurance checklists for order fulfilment and product handling.
    • Ensure proper documentation of product recalls, expired products, and non-compliance incidents.
    • Regularly analyse performance data from partners to identify trends and suggest improvements.
    • Assist in the onboarding of new pharmacy partners with quality training and audits.
    • Maintain records of quality control tests, reports, and audit outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field.
    • 2–4 years experience in a quality assurance/control or compliance role within healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, PCN) and e-commerce logistics is a plus.
    • Comfortable using data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Notion).
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

    Customer Service Manager

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Customer Support Manager to lead our support team, optimise customer experience, and develop scalable processes for resolving issues efficiently. This role will ensure our users feel heard, supported, and satisfied—across phone, WhatsApp, email, and platform chat.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow Pharmarun’s customer support function, setting SLAs and support protocols.
    • Lead, coach, and evaluate support agents to ensure high-performance and empathy in every interaction.
    • Design and maintain customer service SOPs, FAQs, scripts, and response flows.
    • Oversee support KPIs: resolution time, CSAT, NPS, complaint rate, and feedback-to-action loop.
    • Analyse support tickets and feedback to identify product or process pain points and collaborate with product/ops teams to address them.
    • Ensure seamless integration across channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, chat).
    • Handle escalated complaints and high-impact incidents.
    • Recommend tools and process improvements for better service delivery and tracking.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years experience in customer support, service operations, or contact centre leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering high CSAT/NPS.
    • Experience in healthtech, e-commerce, or pharmacy-related customer service is preferred.
    • Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
    • Excellent communication, crisis management, and people leadership skills.
