Role Summary

• We are seeking a business analyst to support our product development and delivery processes. This hybrid role combines analytical thinking, agile project management, and product ownership.
• The ideal candidate understands both business operations and technology, can translate requirements into actionable product stories, and can coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Experience working in healthtech, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and product specifications.
• Serve as Scrum Master for product teams, plan sprints, manage stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend product or process improvements.
• Support QA testing and validation of product features before deployment.
• Monitor product performance and feedback to inform iteration and optimization.
• Maintain product documentation, sprint reports, and release notes.
• Ensure that deliverables meet both business objectives and user experience standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or agile delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in healthtech, logistics, or SaaS is an added advantage.
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Product Management is a plus.
