    Quality Control Officer

    The Quality Control Officer  will manage quality control and assurance. He/she will be responsible for developing quality controlling procedures for the whole factory and ensure the required quality. The Quality Control Officer checks the quality of incoming and outgoing products  by conducting tests, monitoring production processes and identifying malfunctions in products.The Quality Control Officer ensures products meet companyquality standards.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the companys Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
    • Effectively interact with the Sales and the Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that production targets are achieved.
    • Assisting tailors with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
    • Supervise in the handling of samples evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
    • Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
    • Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
    • Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees
    • Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling all products
    • Production planning & machine maintenance and also ensure  proper utility of Machine and materials
    • To give size set sample approval
    • To conduct a pre-production meeting
    • Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
    • Follow up Pre- Final inspection
    • To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP
    • To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
    • To maintain all discipline and compliance issue
    • Ultimately ensure final product quality.

    Experience and Qualification

    • First degree or equivalent in required discipline
    • Previous years of experience as QC/QA
    • Highly skilled individual with eye for details
    • Good follow up and follow through skills
    • Must be extremely thorough and detailed oriented
    • Good communication skills
    • Must be able to manage a team

    Store Sales Officer

    The Sales  officer at NACK Apparel is expected to demonstrate leadership, analytical, excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

    The following will be measured outcomes for the Sales officer at the  Store.

    • Selling of NACK Products in the store and online.
    • Achieve sales and other targets given by your team lead/supervisor within timeframe
    • Carry out stocking and re-stocking of merchandize in the store.
    • Informing the Head of sales about sales performance.
    • Preparing and sending daily sales report to your supervisor.
    • Managing the store social media channels.
    • Manage after sales customer relationship.
    • Growing and expanding company customer base
    • Collecting data, creating comprehensive reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity of the store.
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
    • Ensure the store is clean and neat at all times.
    • Up-sell, cross-sell, and deep sell all our products to customers.
    • Wear a friendly and accommodating look that entices potential customers to make a buying decision.
    • Handling customer questions, complaints, and recommendations.
    • Escalating complex customers complaints or issues to your team lead/supervisor to handle.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
    • competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
    • Location: Proximity to Ikeja or its environs

    Qualification: OND, HND, BSc

    Online Sales Officer

    The Online Sales Officer is expected to demonstrate excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

    The following will be measured outcomes for the Online Sales Officer.

    •  Handle ongoing social media engagement with customers and others.
    •   Generate online sales.  
    • Collecting data, creating comprehensive reports.
    • Growing and expanding company social media presence on social media platforms including Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
    • Manage after sales customer relationship
    • Manage inventory
    • Engage and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
    • • Receive and prepare customers' orders for delivery.
    • Liase and coordinate delivery of customer orders
    • Raise requisition for items whenever necessary.
    • Prepare and submit daily store report capturing sales, customer feedback
    • Process customer payments on QuickBooks.
    • Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
    • Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

    Location: Proximity to Yaba or its environs

    Employment Type: Full time

    Qualification: OND, HND, BSc

    Minimum of 2-5years relevant experience
