    Analyst - Customer Acquisition and Compliance FCT

    • Collect, analyze and interpret a wide variety of Channel data and develop weekly/monthly reports in preparation for business review meetings.
    • Engage the regions to follow up on implementation of Customer Acquisition Channel Initiatives.
    • Provide and maintain a strong and reliable database to facilitate tracking and improvement of channel services and providing information enabling channel business decisions to be made.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and year to date (YTD) measurement reports.
    • Provide functional support to Customer Acquisition Manager
    • Evaluate performance measured against SIM registration channel objectives   in the following areas: Trade Partner and Sub – Trade Partner  Environments, Walk-in-Centers, Mobile Lite, Connect Stores and Connect Points, Other Sim Registration Agents
    • Report and analyze SIM Card registration, SIMS availability/Supply and Distribution, Activations, Customer Retention/Churn trends and activity plans.
    • Maintain Customer Acquisition Channel members’ database (SIM Registration Point and End Users Details).
    • Establish and maintain contact with external intelligence both locally and internationally, and verify the authenticity of the information received
    • Analyze relevant best practices and provide recommendations to Customer Acquisition Manager.

    Education:

    • First degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any related discipline
    • Fluent in English 

    Experience:

    • 3-7 years’ work experience comprising:
    • Experience working in a medium-sized organization:
    • Project  planning  and reporting, sales/marketing or related function
    • Experience using Data Mining Tools

    Advisor - Operational Compliance

    • Participate in the development and implementation of the overall quality and performance framework, policies, processes and procedures
    • Promote and support a risk minimizing culture in alignment with Compliance's role as the second line of defense
    • Monitor compliance to relevant laws and regulations and policies and processes, through the introduction and execution of an effective compliance program

    Senior Manager - Innovation

    • Scan the business evaluating opportunities, customer needs and organizational capabilities with a view to addressing the threats of disruptive business models in a manner that ensures the long-term competitiveness of MTNN
    • Develop solutions to broad business interests with little or no precedent, that may require comprehensive and original concepts and approaches
    • Anticipate, define and help capture opportunities leveraging multiple sources of data: technology trends, consumer and customer insights, behavioral and attitudinal data, competitive information etc.
    • Drive increase in Shareholder return by ensuring that initiatives are aligned to achieve all elements on the business score card.
    • Drive the development of appropriate business models to deliver revenue from breakthrough ideas  
    • Contribute to the development of financials and business case for relevant initiatives
    • Work with multiple sources of (often finance-related and non-related) data, integrating fact-bases and assumptions in order to develop complex financial and operational models
    • Evaluate opportunities for alignment to MTN strategic objectives, assess risks and determine mitigations
    • Lead ideation management and cultivation of Innovation mindset and culture across MTNN 
    • Identify new partnership opportunities globally and evaluate for strategic partnerships 
    • Build a pipeline of new breakthrough opportunities (innovation portfolio) and adopt a “fail-fast” approach to determine what can scale

    • Contribute to product life-cycle management through ownership of the product & services steerco process
    • Work directly with other departments & Business teams to deepen relationships and drive innovation.
    • Manage a portfolio of multiple projects across Divisions. 
    • Build relationships and networks as well as facilitate collaboration with organization’s internal and external experts related to innovation and ventures initiatives 
    • Lead the development and implementation of playbooks to embed and sustain innovation and ventures
    • Ensure that internal stakeholders are kept informed of the progress of the organization in achieving innovation targets 
    • Develop a highly capable innovation practice within MTNN
    • Support the identification, evaluation and tracking the development needs and performance of staff within the function, providing opportunities for staff to build on the company’s investment in their training and improve productivity.

    Education: 

    • A first degree in engineering, IT or a related field
    • Certifications in innovation management and/or an MBA are advantageous
    • Certification in data analytics, data sciences, agile and digital transformation also advantageous  
    • Fluent in English

    Experience:

    • 9 - 17 years’ experience which includes:
    • Management track record of 4 years or more 
    • Minimum 3 years experience working in innovation management, technology, technology and innovation hubs or venture capital 
    • Experience working with start-ups    
    • Experience working in product development or utilizing design thinking methodologies is desirable
    • Advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
