    Pre-Cleaning Field Operator

    Job Details

    • Must be based in Illorin or Willing to relocate to illorin
    • Operate pre-cleaning equipment and machinery to clean and prepare raw materials for processing.
    • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize pre-cleaning efficiency.
    • Handle and load raw materials into pre-cleaning machinery, ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to procedures.
    • Unload cleaned materials and transport them to the next stage of processing.
    • Conduct visual inspections of materials before and after pre-cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
    • Identify and address any issues or deviations from quality parameters.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all pre-cleaning operations.
    • Participate in safety training programs and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
    • Clean and sanitize pre-cleaning equipment and work areas according to hygiene standards.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and report any maintenance needs to the maintenance team
    • Maintain accurate records of pre-cleaning activities, including batch records, production logs, and quality control documentation.
    • Document any deviations, incidents, or corrective action
    • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
    • Communicate effectively regarding any issues, concerns, or suggestions

      Qualification/Skills

    • Technical certificate in Mech Engineering is mandatory

    Silo Bags Supervisor

    The Silo Bag Supervisor's role is very hands' on.

    The main function is the coordinating and maintenance of the silo bag depot.

    Role & Responsibility

    • Management of appointed depot site
    • Staff management of company appointed employees at site
    • Overall responsibility for Quantity and Quality of stock
    • Preparation of soil and placement of bags
    • Responsible for maintaining PPECB records
    • Daily site inspections
    • Ensure that bags are measured & marked
    • Monthly closure of contracts and stocktaker
    • Management of appointed depot site
    • Overall responsibility for Quantity and Quality of stock
    • Responsible for stock management
    • Preparation of soil and placement of bags
    • Responsible for maintaining PPECB records
    • Daily site inspections
    • Daily reporting to Head Office on all site operations
    • Weekly depot report
    • Monthly closure of contracts and stock take
    • Security, Health & Safety and Compliance management

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Mech/Automobile Eng.
    • Five years’ experience in Managing a warehouse
    • Must be a computer literate
    • SAP knowledge is an added advantage

    Roll Rectification/Fitter

    Job Details

    • Must be based in illorin or willing to relocate to illorin   
    • Reviewing the blueprints of various mechanical systems 
    • Constructing and joining structural components 
    • Using welding equipment and hand tools like ball-peen hammer, hack saw, and steel ruler while constructing structural components 
    • Performing regular maintenance checks 
    • Identifying system malfunctions and rectifying the same 
    • Placing replacement orders for defective or broken parts 
    • Adhering to the safety guidelines and industry standards at all times 
    • Fabricating, assembling, and disassembling metal parts and tools as and when required 

    Requirements 

    • Min of HND in Mech Engineering
    • Proven work experience of similar role in the factory 
    • Min of 5 years hand-on experience in fluting/lathe machine operation is preferred
    • Excellent mechanical and technical skills 
    • Familiarity with welding equipment and hand, power tools like saw, drill, and hammer 
    • Ability to work for long, flexible hours and in extreme weather conditions 
    • Good physical and mental strength 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Having an eye for detail
    • Good time management and organizational skills 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations

    Shift Supervisor

    Job Details

    • Must be based in illorin or willing to relocate to illorin
    • Manage the workflow and ensure that the team meets production requirements
    • Ensure safety protocols are followed
    • Operate a variety of equipment, as needed
    • Work with the Production Manager to schedule projects and maximize workflow
    • Prepare production reports for supervisors or upper management
    • Manage and resolve conflicts among employees
    • Assign tasks to staff members.
    • Open up or close the warehouse at the start and end of the day.
