This unique opportunity is for a distinguished leader and a professional who will head our kitchen with a cuisine career spanning Europe, North America, Africa and Asia styled menu. Job Responsibilities

• Manage a team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced environment
• Have ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Follow 100% HACCP guidelines in the workplace and following these procedures is essential
• Design menus in conjunction with Food and Beverage Manager. These need to meet the target market and are in line with the operating concept for the restaurant
• Assume responsibility for increasing departmental sales and profit
• Maximise payroll costs by maximising the productivity and efficient scheduling employees
• Control food cost and wastage
