    Employee Relations Officer

    Job Description

    This job holder provides guidance in the resolution of matters related to employee grievance and consequence management in line with Company policy.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in the Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities or any related discipline.
    • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management is an added advantage.
    • At least 3+ years’ experience in general clerical experience.

    Job Responsibility

    • Reviews the HR Standard Operating Procedure manual and recommends amendments in line with business needs, international standards and industry best practices.
    • Reviews existing policies to recommend amendments and design new policies in line with business needs, international standards and industry best practices.
    • Evaluates HR consequence management/grievance resolution processes, practices and outcomes to identify weakness and recommends appropriate amendments.
    • Communicates and educates employees on HR policies and monitors adherence. 
    • Monitors periodic meetings with the Unions, other employee meetings (Town Hall meetings and other staff meetings) franchise-wide, and keeps records of the Minutes of meetings as well as follows through on the implementation of employee related outcomes.
    • Liaises with relevant stakeholders in the management of employee policy violations.
    • Addresses employee concerns or questions on grievance and consequence management. 
    • Record-keeping and implementation of approved outcomes of grievance resolution and consequence management (GR&CM).
    • Works with HSE on accident investigations and ensures implementation of personnel related outcomes. 
    • Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by the Head, Employee Relations.

    Human Resources Business Partner

    Job Description

    This job role provides human resource strategic and operational support to the Region to ensure optimal business operations.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in the Social Sciences, Arts or Humanities.
    • Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management is an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years’ experience/education in general principles of Human Resources Management

    Job Responsibility

    • Localises the corporate HR strategy in the region’s operations.
    • Advises the Regional management on HR policies and processes regarding recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits.
    • Engages the Regional Head and other key stakeholders in identifying HR business needs and contributes to the development of strategic solutions in collaboration with the senior HR Management team. 
    • Supports in the development and implementation of workforce planning [short term, mid-term and long term] for the Region working with relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinates the implementation of change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency within the region.
    • Manages employee relation issues including engagement with the trade unions within the Region.  
    • Coordinates the implementation of the company’s performance management system within the Region to drive business improvement.
    • Works with Head Employee Relations(HER) and other stakeholders in designing best-fit employee engagements and implementing approved interventions as communicated by HER.
    • Communicates all employee exits, employee variance and vacant positions to the appropriate function for further action.
    • Manages the implementation of employee Grievance, Conflict, and Disciplinary processes.
    • Manages all HR operational processes including payroll verification, employee records verification and workforce development within the Region.  
    • Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Carries out other sundry assignments as directed by the Head, Employee Relations.

    Technical Analyst to the CTO

    Job Description

    This job holder provides technical support, streamlining technical operations, analyzing projects and business writings for the CTO. Organizing technical meetings, technical orientation for new hires, representing the technical division in procurement processes. Serves as liaison between HODs within the technical division and other stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field
    • A master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, is an added advantage
    • A Professional Qualification in Engineering is desired
    • At least 8 years post qualification experience in Engineering field

    Job Responsibility

    • Assists the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in collecting, analysing and summarizing all relevant technical data to prepare reports.
    • Reviews project proposals as may be submitted to the CTOs office.
    • Review briefs forwarded to the CTO, highlighting relevant areas for CTO’s attention.
    • Represents the CTO in appropriate meetings with stakeholders.
    • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Recommend new initiatives to improve technical service delivery.
    • Attend and provide recommendation to technical inquiries. Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by the CTO.

    Account Officer (Project) - HQ

    Job Description

    To account and report cash collection figures in line with the treasury policies of the company, and, also ensure all funds collected by the Aggregator are remitted into the company’s designated accounts.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any related field -An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an added advantage

    Job Responsibility

    • Ensures monitoring of customers’ payments and making sure the payments are properly accounted for.
    • Ensures reconciliation with Project Collection Aggregators in respect of metering projects.
    • Ensures monthly reconciliation of operating accounts with the business hubs.
    • Prepares all metering project bank reconciliation accounts.
    • Ensures that customer complaints reported daily are resolved immediately.
    • Monitors customers’ payments on the Internet banking platforms of all metering projects.
    • Maintains day-to-day banking relationships and operations- with the metering project banks.
    • Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by the Head, Treasury Services & Revenue Management.
