Job Description

• We are seeking diligent and customer-focused Cashiers to join our team.
• The ideal candidates will handle daily point-of-sale operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Handle cash, cards, and digital payments with zero discrepancies.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report any transaction issues or system concerns to the supervisor.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• MUST be living on the Island (Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Ikate, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, etc.)
• Minimum of SSCE / OND.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Must be honest, reliable, and well-presented.
