Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business users on basic front and back-end application issues resolution.
• Support the Installation of ERP software and ensure seamless integration with IT systems.
• Perform in-depth analysis of MS Navision report issues to determine causes and make changes as required.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues on MS Navision for better user experience.
• Test functionality of MS Navision software against business requirements.
• Act as an internal consultant in solving complex problems for Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
• Provide Strategic and business alignment, including business process mapping and governance.
• Design technological and functional solutions that meet business needs.
• Implementation, customization and project management, including data management and integration.
• Tier 3 application support, performance optimization, troubleshooting and compliance.
• ERP service and change management.

Requirements

• First degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 7 years post NSYC hands-on experience in MS Dynamics (Navision) in a structured FMCG company.
• Sound knowledge of C/AL, RDLC reporting, SSRS, SQL Queries, .Net Technologies, Web Services, etc.

Responsibilties

• Lead the formulation and execution of the company’s corporate strategy, including long-term vision, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.
• Develop, manage and report the execution and delivery of all strategic projects across the organization.
• Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-department collaboration.
• Identify and address challenges or gaps in execution processes.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensures execution of strategic projects, including the ongoing sugar refinery and backward integration projects, as well as the new plant expansion.
• Standardizes project governance, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
• Manages S&OP governance, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and supply chain execution.
• Lead the implementation of corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and KPIs to track execution progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, etc.) to drive strategic initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any other related discipline.
• Master’s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related discipline is an added advantage.
• Relevant Professional certification e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma or Lean Management, Certified Strategy Professional (CSP), etc. will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in an FMCG industry.
