    Onpremise Executive - PHC, Warri, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • To lead and Manage the key account process within specific territory of coverage.
    • OPE is needed to shift perceptions from a commodity base to a value-add and partner relationship.
    • Achieve profitable volume/market share target for the territory by driving rate of sales within stores and accounts.
    • Ensure equitable visibility, share of shelf and appropriate secondary visibility within accounts.
    • Ensure brilliant execution of customer marketing promotion activity by ensuring the right stores are selected.
    • Constant review of what is working and on time in full delivery of report.
    • Work with Supervisor and capability function to develop and coach the third-party supervisors and merchandisers.
    • Conduct monthly review and reconciliation with accounts.

    Onpremise Account Manager - Rivers, Benin

    Duties:

    • Conduct daily stock review.
    • Managing all personnel attached to him/her.
    • Review performance and proffer solution on any challenge they encounter in meeting their target.
    • Development of long term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
    • Effectively utilize available reporting and provided analysis to champion continuous improvement.
    • Provide  in-depth training for all new hires.
    • Analyze the previous day result, recognizing the reasons for the best and lowest performer.
    • Daily target clearly stated and action plan to improve results clearly communicated and agreed on.
    •  Setting smart objectives on the right level of energy to deliver the days commercial plan.
    • Weekly and Monthly stock count.
    • Keeping track of sales.

    Requirement: 

    • Minimum of 10 years working experience in FMCG. 
    • Minimum of 5 years managing sales teams.
