    Chief Medical Director

    • Faith Mediplex Teaching Hospital, a faith based Christian facility, is seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Medical Director (CMD) to lead its clinical and administrative transformation.

    Key Qualifications

    Medical Credentials:

    • MD or MBBS from a recognized and accredited institution.
    • Postgraduate qualification registrable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
    • Fellowship with a recognized Medical body (e.g., NPMCN, NAMed, Royal College of Physicians, American College of Surgeons, WACP, FWACP).
    • Minimum of 15 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in Hospital Administration.

    Director of Administration

    • Faith Mediplex Teaching Hospital in Benin City, Edo State, a faith based Christian facility is seeking a highly qualified Director of Administration (DA) to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership.
    • The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with a strong background in people management, healthcare or institutional management, ensuring operational excellence, and patient-centered service delivery.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Oversee all administrative and non-clinical operations to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
    • Develop and implement policies that enhance organizational performance and patient care. • Lead human resources functions, including recruitment, training, staff development, and performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
    • Supervise hospital infrastructure, procurement, and facility management to uphold high standards.

    • A Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of administrative experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
    • Experience in hospital administration or healthcare management is an added advantage.
